Supportive and well-organized
Evolve?s staff was supportive and well-organized. We got timely reminders, and questions were answered thoroughly. Some spelling errors found in forms, but they were corrected fast. Closing occurred on schedule with accurate rate.
Great team, slight delays
Working with Evolve was mostly great. The team was supportive and knew what they were doing. We did hit a couple delays waiting for third-party documents, but Evolve kept us in the loop. The rate was what we expected, and there were no surprise charges. I?d recommend them with a slight caution about timeline flexibility.
Underwriting felt overly intrusive
Some of the information they asked for during underwriting felt excessive and repetitive. They requested bank statements, then later asked for explanations of very small deposits. It dragged out the process unnecessarily. The team was polite, but I constantly felt like we were being scrutinized more than needed for a basic loan. Would recommend only if you have extra time to spare.
