Disappointing Service and Poor Quality Ingredients
I was really excited to try EveryPlate, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. The meals often arrived with missing ingredients, and calling customer support meant long wait times without much help. The vegetables used were also of very low quality; I got wilted greens and mushy tomatoes a number of times. The portions were smaller than expected, considering the price. Some recipes were good, but others did not taste fresh at all. The most frustrating thing is the complete lack of communication: no notification when ingredients are out of stock or when a meal swap has occurred. I really expected much better quality and customer service. For the price, I would expect a more reliable and consistent meal kit. I have since canceled my subscription and will not be returning.

Overpriced for the Quality You Receive
I finally tried EveryPlate after hearing a lot of positive things about them, but, boy, was I really disappointed. While the idea sounded fantastic, such as easy-to-make meals that come right to your doorstep, it did not pan out that well. First of all, the meals were not even close to as flavorful as they seemed, and mostly, ingredients were poorly packed. I had a few instances of ingredients arriving crushed or damaged in transit, which made for a less-than-perfect cooking experience. The portioning was also off, with some meals barely enough for one person, let alone two. And all in all, the prices seemed high for what you get. I ended up spending more than I would have at the grocery store, but the quality didn't justify it. The overall feeling was frustrating, and I kept asking myself why I was paying for this service at all. I won't be renewing my subscription.

I tried EveryPlate for a month, and I was not impressed. My main issue was with delivery ? the meals often arrived late, and on two occasions, some ingredients were missing altogether. This leaves me scrambling to figure out how to finish my meal. In the case of calling customer service, they informed me that there was nothing they could do. Also, the quality of some ingredients is questionable, since I got potatoes already sprouting and chicken in one meal smelling funny. While the recipes were not hard to follow, the food tasted bland, lacking in flavor. I found the customer service not at all helpful; my problems were not solved, which made me feel like I wasn't getting value for my money. For this price, I expected more, and that is why I have canceled my subscription. Unfortunately, I will not recommend it to anyone.

My experience with EveryPlate has been disappointing, to say the least. The meals were hit or miss ? some delicious, many just bland and uninteresting. I was hoping for meals that would be quick and easy, but instead, I spent more time trying to make up for missing or damaged ingredients than actually cooking. On top of that, the customer support team was unresponsive. Issues that arose took days to resolve, and even then, I was given no satisfactory solution. The portion sizes were not consistent, with some meals barely enough for one person and others offering leftovers for a second meal. Given the cost, I expected better in terms of meal quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my subscription as, for me, it did not meet either the hype or the price that was attached to it.

I was pretty excited to try EveryPlate, but the good news is it wasn't great. First off, the food was typically very bland and not quite vibrant as I hoped for. The recipe cards were pretty easy to follow, but I didn't find many of the meals enjoyable or filling. On top of that, I had issues with damaged packaging and missing ingredients on multiple occasions. The support team was no help in resolving these issues in a timely manner, which left me frustrated and disappointed. I also noticed that some of the ingredients, like vegetables, weren?t as fresh as I?d like them to be, and the meat wasn?t always top quality. While the price is lower than some competitors, it still doesn?t justify the lackluster quality and poor customer service. I?m no longer using EveryPlate and will be looking for a better option.

Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Variety
EveryPlate's meals are not nearly as varied as I hoped for. After a few weeks of using the service, I found that the same types of meals kept showing up, with little variety. While the recipes are simple, they?re often not very exciting. But the bigger issue for me was the customer service. Once, I had an issue with an ingredient missing, and it took more than a week to hear from them. Even then, there was no compensation or at least an effective apology. Moreover, the food was inconstant. I received more than once wilted lettuce and soggy potatoes, which raised questions in my mind about the freshness of their ingredients. Overall, I felt the service was not what was advertised. Due to the lack of variety and very poor customer support, I am canceling and would not recommend it to anyone.

Subpar Ingredients - Underwhelming Experience
I had really high hopes for EveryPlate after reading all the rave reviews, but I found myself thoroughly disappointed. While the meals were fairly easy to prepare, they didn't taste anywhere near as good as I expected. The quality of the ingredients left much to be desired. I got chicken that looked and tasted strange, and several of the vegetables had bruises or visible signs of aging. On several occasions, ingredients were missing or damaged upon delivery. When I tried to contact customer service, it was almost impossible to get a response in a timely manner. I have been waiting for days without a resolution. For the price, I expect better quality and service. I have canceled my subscription since then and will be taking my meal kit business elsewhere.

Poor Quality and Overpriced
The thing that kept me going with EveryPlate, other than the reasonable pricing, is, after a few deliveries, wasn't worth the headache. Some meals would have fresh ingredients while others would have old and wilted ones. Other meals also were bland, which was off-putting. The portions were little compared to the prices, thus leaving me wanting dinner when I should be full from it. On top of that, their customer service was abysmal. Damaged packaging and missing ingredients were issues, but even when I did try to contact them, the help was always minimal, and many times, totally ignored. The meals themselves were simple, just not appetizing, and many times, I thought that with what I'd have on hand in my own pantry, I could probably make something better. Cancelled subscription after a couple of weeks. It is not worth the price, and I would not recommend it to others.

EveryPlate might be affordable, but it certainly isn't worth it. My delivery arrived late on more than one occasion, and even when it did arrive, ingredients were often missing. Some boxes had even arrived with the package crushed, and I needed to dispose of several items. As for the meal products themselves, it was only mediocrity at most. Although the instructions were simple to follow through, the finished product did not taste anywhere as good as one could expect. Many recipes tasted rather flavorless, and the portion size was much smaller than anticipated. It was just really frustrating, especially since I had to waste time going back to the store to replace missing ingredients. Overall, it wasn't worth the stress, and I won't be using EveryPlate again. If you want a more reliable and flavorful meal kit service, you might want to look elsewhere.

I have been using EveryPlate for several months now, and I just can't say enough great things about it. Being a pretty inexperienced cook, the meals have been super easy to make, and the instructions are very clear. Most meals take about 30 minutes, which fits perfectly into my busy schedule.
