Initially, I was excited to order from Everyday Hookah because of the extensive selection available. However, my experience quickly deteriorated. Shipping took way longer than the promised delivery time and I didn't get a notification from customer service unless proactive. When I did call back the replies were slow and unhelpful.? The. My package's tracking information was incorrect, and I spent days wondering where it could be found. When it arrived, the box was ruined and one of my shisha baskets dented.' While the hookah provided some satisfaction, it was a frustrating and time-consuming experience overall. The problem? Definitely not worth repeating my order from them.

Extremely Disappointed

Despite my efforts, I am not content with the service provided by Everyday Hookah. I was sent a hookah that wasn't the same as what I had ordered. The Khalil Mamoon model was the one I chose, and they sent me a generic, unbranded one. I promptly called customer care, and after a few days of back and forth over the phone, they ultimately admitted their fault. Instead of a complete refund or exchange, they provided 5% off on upcoming purchases. This is unacceptable. The standard hookah is also of low quality.. The smell is weak and there is no noticeable smoke. The expense I made on this order was unjustified and unnecessary. This site is not recommended by me. Any recommendations?
