The type of insurance I was in need of was for a private event and the thing which would be covering every aspect at affordable rates. It was not really tough as well because it has been just so easy with its website; and in minutes I could have gotten my quotation done. Disappointing Experience with Eventsured

I was pretty hopeful with Eventsured especially knowing how big they were, but the whole experience was very disappointing. Firstly, the quotation process took too long, and the quote when finally delivered had charges way beyond those of competitors. I was really hopeful that coverage would pay off the higher price. But no. It was very tough to read, understand the policy and its conditions, and upon making inquiries on these from the customer care service, I got them as a little slow and didn't exactly comfort me enough. The feeling is that the value for my money was not given and coverage not adequate enough for my event. I wouldn't go for it again, and there's really need to look elsewhere.

Not Worth the Stress

Unfortunately, my experience with Eventsured was really frustrating. I tried them for insurance on a pretty important event, and that was it: confusion right out of the box. Although the website looked nice at first glance, it started to become rather complicated once you tried to really understand what insurance details they had to offer. Coverage did not seem to add up with my expectations, and customer service wasn't quick about answering or particularly helpful either. It took me a few days to finally get an actual response to my question. To add insult to injury, their price was significantly more than others' when comparing across other companies that I had looked into. All in all, I thought that I was being overcharged for something that would not actually help me out much. I will not be using Eventsured again, and I do regret using them in the first place. The headache was not worth dealing with the ambiguous policies and delayed responses.
