Disappointing Experience
My experience with EssentialsSupplies.com was anything but satisfactory. The website was easy enough to navigate, but the positives stopped right there. My order took more than two weeks to arrive, despite an expedited shipping charge paid. Upon reaching out, customer service was vague and unable or unwilling to give me an estimated time of resolution. The products, themselves, were fine-they were nothing special and therefore not worth the wait at all. No communication whatsoever, and I was basically ignored throughout. Delays are one thing, but this was not a very good experience because of the lack of transparency and poor customer service. Won't order again, and would advise others to go elsewhere for more reliability.

I had high hopes from EssentialsSupplies.com, but it was a far-from-perfect experience. My order took longer than estimated to arrive, and after it arrived, the package condition was poor. A few items arrived damaged, presumably because the items were not packed well. I immediately contacted customer service about the issue, but responses were slow, and a solution came after several follow-ups. Although they did offer a refund for the damaged goods, it wasn't as smooth a process as I had expected. I have ordered from other suppliers who take better care in packaging and shipping, so I won't be returning here for future orders. Complete Letdown - Avoid
I have ordered from EssentialsSupplies.com, and it was a complete letdown. It took my order nearly three weeks to arrive, while the website indicated that it would be much quicker. The package came, but many items were missing or different from what was ordered. I tried calling their customer service; no one bothered to get back to me, and when I did, the solution was unsatisfactory. I was promised a refund or replacement, none of which came. Misleading Product Descriptions
I had placed an order with EssentialsSupplies.com, assuming the products would be of quality, based on their description and customer reviews. However, whatever I received was nothing close to what was described online. Materials were cheap, and the color was not proper. Upon complaining to their customer service, it responded slowly and did not give much help other than being apologetic. Adding to the frustration was the fact that even though they had already charged my credit card, I did not have the correct products yet. Although the refund eventually went into process, the whole process took weeks for them to return my money. This situation has made me very unsure about buying from them in the future.

It came later than expected, which was already a disappointment. What really bothered me, though, was the complete lack of urgency in customer service. The products I received weren't exactly what I had in mind based on the website's description. One of the items was defective, so I reached out to customer service. It took more than a week to get a reply, and then they asked for more details so that they could assist me further. After the initial delay, it took a further 10 days for the replacement to arrive. The replacement product was in better condition, but the overall experience wasn't ideal. The site has potential, but the poor service will prevent me from returning.

The variety of products is good, but the quality did not come out as expected from EssentialsSupplies.com. The order arrived almost a week later than it was supposed to, and the tracking was very confusing to follow. Upon arrival, one of the items in the package had been damaged during shipping. Disappointing Experience Overall
Although EssentialsSupplies.com carries a lot of various products, I wasn't impressed with my experience. First, my order took longer to get to me than was expected. When it came, one item was not there. I called and contacted customer service, though their response was a lot slower than I would like. They did send the item, but it was inconvenient. Disappointing Shipping Time
The disappointing factor is ordering from EssentialsSupplies.com, as there is much delay in dispatching their products. This has also happened to my order despite choosing the options for quicker delivery. Worse, they did not notify me as to the reasons for this delay in sending out the shipment. Additionally, it took days for someone from the customer service number to contact me, who, incidentally, was utterly useless. The products themselves were fine, but the whole experience left a bad taste. If you want your items quickly, then I suggest you look somewhere else. Their shipping policy and lack of proactively communicating are major issues in my opinion. It's been a one-time purchase for me, and I don't think I'll return anytime soon.

Terrible Experience, Will Not Order Again
EssentialsSupplies.com failed on many levels: it promised rapid shipping, yet my order did not arrive until almost three weeks later. When they finally arrived, the products were not in the condition expected. One was broken, and another was completely wrong. Trying to reach customer service was a nightmare. After trying several times, I got a response time that was extremely long, with vague answers. Until finally, they offered a return; by that time, the hassle and stress weren't worth it. This company's incompetence with regard to correct and efficient order fulfillment has completely turned me off from shopping here again.

I have had frustrating times with EssentialsSupplies.com, where the items took very long to arrive compared to the estimated time on their website. Upon receiving my order, it had discrepancies; some items were not delivered, and those actually sent were not properly packaged, making a few items damaged.
