Dependable for sports camp coverage
We run a summer lacrosse camp and use ESP every year. One minor issue with adding an additional insured but they corrected it quickly. Helpful people who know their stuff.

Some confusion but got there
Getting coverage started off okay, but there was some confusion on what exactly was included in the liability part. I had to reach out twice to clarify, and the answers wasn?t always clear. Eventually someone helped and we got the documents, but it felt like more effort than it should?ve been. Wouldn?t say bad experience, just not super smooth either.

Quick help for wedding vendors
Had to get insured as a caterer for a wedding. ESP helped last minute and got it done in under a day. I did have to call twice but they fixed things fast.

Easy and clear policy setup

Good coverage, small delay
We needed liability for our outdoor yoga retreat and ESP Specialty delivered. Policy explained pretty clearly, though I did have to wait an extra day for the certificate. Still staff was friendly and answered my questions patiently. Pricing was fair, and no hidden fees. I'd give them another go, just wish the turnaround was faster next time.
