"I regret buying from Endless Mining. My miner arrived with a faulty fan that caused overheating within minutes of turning it on. I reached out to customer support, and they were slow to respond. When they finally got back to me, they told me it wasn?t their problem and that I should contact the manufacturer. That?s unacceptable?I bought it from them, not the manufacturer! I expected them to either replace the unit or at least help me troubleshoot further. Instead, they just passed the blame. I spent hundreds of dollars on this miner, and now I have to spend even more on repairs. If they can?t back their own products, they shouldn?t be selling them in the first place. I would advise anyone looking to buy from them to think twice. There are better, more reliable sellers out there who actually stand behind their products."

"I finally received my miner from Endless Mining after waiting nearly a month. The delays were frustrating, but what made it worse was the lack of clear communication. Every time I reached out, I got generic responses with no real answers about when my order would ship. When the miner finally arrived, I noticed that the packaging wasn?t very secure. Luckily, the unit worked, but it had minor cosmetic damage, which makes me wonder if they ship refurbished units instead of new ones. Setting it up was also more difficult than expected, and I couldn?t find any helpful guides on their website. While the miner is working fine now, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They seriously need to improve their shipping process, packaging, and customer service. If you?re considering ordering from them, just be prepared for long delays and minimal support."

"I had a terrible experience with Endless Mining. My miner arrived defective?it wouldn?t power on at all. I immediately contacted their customer support and was met with slow, unhelpful responses. They asked me to troubleshoot, which I did, but nothing worked. After several emails back and forth, they finally agreed to a return. However, they made me pay for return shipping, which wasn?t cheap. After they received the unit, they took another two weeks to confirm the issue. Instead of offering a full refund or a replacement, they only provided partial store credit, which is useless to me. A company that sells expensive equipment should stand by their products and offer proper support. This was a huge waste of time and money. I wish I had ordered from a more reputable seller. I do not recommend them at all?buyer beware!"
