Poor Customer Service

I was very excited to try eMeals after reading some positive reviews. However, my experiences to date have been pretty unsatisfactory. Customer service does not respond, and it has taken over a week for somebody to actually send me a reply to my inquiry. The app is always a little buggy, and the meal plans are not as variously unique as advertised. It always seems like something is missing from the grocery list, and that sends me running to the store anyway. There have been no recipes for specific dietary needs, even though they tout serving them. The worst part is that there's no clear way to cancel or modify my subscription without having to jump through hoops. Overall, not worth the time or money spent. I have since subscribed to another service that has far superior customer support.

Waste of Money

I signed up for eMeals hoping it would simplify my meal planning, but the service has been a huge disappointment. The meal plans aren't very diverse, and many of the recipes require ingredients that are either hard to find or simply unnecessary for a quick meal. This app, so far, has been glitchy: sometimes crashing, thus making the entire thing quite frustrating. And grocery lists tend to become incomplete or get out of organization, leading me to have to invest extra time at the store. Customer support was slow and pretty useless when I e-mailed for support. This was also a bit frustrating not to find a lot of the meals really quite repetitive-a real disincentive from actually wanting to cook. After a couple of months, I?ve decided to cancel my subscription. It?s not worth the cost, especially when there are better alternatives available.

I was excited to try eMeals after hearing so many good things, but my experience has been far from impressive. For the price charged, much more value was expected, and sadly, eMeals did not deliver. I'll be looking out for other services that offer personalized meal planning.

Having special dietary needs, I'd expected to get more options with eMeals. It was a great disappointment. Generally speaking, the operation of this service in my few weeks of utilization has come to prove sluggish and very inefficient. This app is always glitching, and man does it make meal planning super frustrating. Many times, the lists for groceries are incomplete, which means that, if anything, I need to do two or three stops because of the needed groceries. If all the ingredients are around, the meals themselves are no biggie-easy and bland recipes that are not worth your time and money. I called customer service to try and get some help, and days later, they finally called me with a solution that didn't solve anything. I expect so much more with this money.

eMeals is far from worth a subscription. Everything from meal plans is just basic. Many recipes repeat often, the incomplete grocery list annoys a lot. Super glitchy, I just couldn't make it through one process with the meal planning and there not being something that stopped that flow of trying. The food is good, although it's usually too simple for me. What is really frustratingly slow and often crashing is the app itself. Sometimes, this grocery list isn't always that accurate, and I have missed major ingredients a few times for several meals. The customer service was helpless, never getting to resolve any issue in time.

I really think that more diverse and flexible options would make it even better, although I appreciate the idea behind the service. It's a solid tool but leaves room for improvement.

Helpful but Could Be More Personalized

eMeals is a great app, especially if you want a meal plan and grocery list. It?s saved me a lot of time and hassle. However, I wish it offered more personalization options. Sometimes the meal plans don?t align perfectly with my preferences, and I can?t easily modify them. If it had more options for customization, I would rate it higher. Overall, it?s a solid tool but could use a little more flexibility.
