Damaged Walk-In Cooler and Unresponsive Claims
Ordered a walk-in cooler, large size, which arrived with extensive damage to door seals and insulation panels. The damage was noted on the delivery receipt by the delivery driver. Filed a complaint with customer service right away, but they did not notice my emails and calls for weeks. When I did eventually get through to them, they asked for further photos, which I submitted once more. They then blamed the damage as a result of installation errors, although the delivery driver had written up notes to contradict this. They would not acknowledge the warranty or provide any refund, leaving me with a wrecked cooler and huge repair bills. Their complaints procedure is farcical and they clearly don't back up their products.

Missing Components and No Resolution
Purchased a whole commercial kitchen package, which included a prep sink, shelving units, and a work table. The delivery came with a few missing pieces, including the necessary plumbing fittings for the sink and shelf mounting hardware. Called customer service right away, but they said the missing parts were "backordered" with no idea when they would be delivered. After weeks of waiting and repeated calls, they finally confessed that they didn't carry the parts and had no solution. I was left with no choice but to buy the missing parts from a local supplier at a much higher price. Their inventory system is awful, and their customer service is utterly useless.

Now, the machine is completely out of warranty, and they refuse to offer any further assistance, leaving me with a useless piece of equipment. The lack of reliability and support is unacceptable.

Faulty Meat Slicer and Refusal to Repair
Bought a commercial meat slicer that developed problems after about three months of use. Blade got dull and motor began whining. Expressed concerns with customer service, who attributed damage to "use in an unauthorized manner" and refused to service or replace slicer. Blamed me for not "properly maintaining" the slicer, even when using it only as instructed in the manual. Refusal to stand behind warranties and deny performance of obligations are unacceptable.

Wrong Item and No Resolution
Purchased a particular model of a reach-in freezer but was sent another model. Reached out to customer service right away, but they said I bought the wrong unit. I presented the order confirmation, which stated the correct model clearly. They then informed me that they would investigate, but I have heard nothing. More than a week has passed, and I have the wrong freezer. The communication is awful, and they just don't want to fix the problem.

Equipment Failure and No Warranty Support

Defective Convection Oven and Poor Repair Service
Bought a convection oven that began to deliver uneven cooking temperatures after several months. Called customer service, and they sent out a technician, but he could not find the issue. They then sent out a second technician, who replaced a sensor, but the issue remained. After several attempts at repairs, they finally acknowledged the oven had a faulty control board and would replace it. But the replacement did not come in more than a month, and my business lost a lot of money in between. The repair process was sluggish and inefficient, and the whole experience was really frustrating.

Damaged Goods and Poor Support
Received a commercial refrigerator with a huge dent on the door. The shelves inside were also bent. Tried to call customer service several times, but they were not responding. After finally being able to speak with someone, they requested pictures, which I sent right away. They then insisted that the damage would have happened in transit, which is ridiculous as it was shipped like that. They were willing to give a partial refund, but that does not repair the dent or the bent shelves. The fridge is now an eyesore in my kitchen, and their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Do not use this company if you want quality products and good customer service.

Delayed Shipping and Lost Order

Several days later, they finally confessed the order was lost in transit and made no excuses or offer of solution. Damaged Stainless Steel Tables and Slow Replacement
Placed an order for a stainless steel prep tables set that was shipped with extensive scratches and dents. The shipping was clearly poor, and the damage would have occurred while shipping. Had to call customer service, who asked for photos and then confirmed that they would ship replacements. Unfortunately, replacements were shipped after more than three weeks, and I had to make do with broken tables for the interim period, which were not sanitary or professional. The gradual replacement process and lack of proper handling of the problem were infuriating.

Contacted customer service right away with photos and the order confirmation, but they said the wrong item was my fault. They stated the model I got was "comparable," which obviously it was not. After involving a manager, they finally accepted a return but charged me for return shipping and restocking charges, which is absurd because they shipped the wrong item. It took the entire process more than a month, and I had to order from another competitor.

Faulty Equipment and Unreliable Delivery
