Slow Process and Poor Communication
My experience with Elfi was frustrating. The loan application process was slower than expected, and I didn't receive any updates until I contacted them. After submitting all required documents, I was kept in the dark about the status of my application for days. The customer service was not so responsive, making the whole process a more stressful experience. Even though I finally received my loan, bad impressions linger because of lack of communication. Hidden Fees and Confusing Terms
I regret choosing Elfi for my personal loan. The terms were unclear during the start, and after when I received my loan, this showed unexpected fees on my account. I approached their service team and requested them to address those fees in the loan they took, yet they never introduced such things when I applied for the loan. The process, as such, felt deceptive. The loan itself was not bad, but the service along with their hidden and unnoticed fees disappoint me.

Indefinite Interest Rates
I was eager about borrowing from Elfi; on its website, everything looks nice. But after getting my documents, the interest rate given at the application stage differed by something like a percentage or even 2 percent. Inquired their representative if everything's cool, but they had time. As stated initially with poor vocabulary made this statement utterly not clear. It made one feel misled about how to have those. I wouldn't refer Elfi to any who is searching for transparency and clear explanation.

Elfi has a very poor service.
The loan repayment service at Elfi was the most disastrous. Everything seemed to be alright while I took the loan, but during my first repayment process, the system went down, and that really became terrible. The payment portal was down, and I could not get through to anyone in customer service for help. So, I missed a payment that negatively affected my credit score. The lack of support at this critical time made me very frustrated.

High Fees and Complicated Process
My experience with Elfi was not great. It was hard to know what they wanted for a loan. It required back and forths. No matter how much I tried to clarify things, I never really understood it until after getting the loan. I wanted to give Elfi a shot based on reviews; unfortunately, my experience didn't come out the same way. I applied to Elfi for a personal loan they were recommended to me, my experience was not the greatest. The application was easy enough to fill out and the approvement came relatively quickly though that's where the bright side ended. The Loan had multiple hidden fees that no one disclosed before I accepted said terms. Loan origination fees, processing fees, and even a fee for early repayment were hidden in the fine print. I contacted customer service for an explanation, but they took a long time to respond and did not provide much assistance. I was misled by Elfi and will not use them again.

However, I never received notification of the status of my loan for a few days until I finally heard back regarding the fact that the application would take longer than anticipated from the initial quote. This definitely added a lot of pointless stress. I know delays occur, but if there was communication, it would have been appreciated. Also, I was not fully aware of the interest rates and fees until after getting approved. The loan itself worked fine in the end, but it was a slow process with not much transparency.

I have applied to loans with various companies in the past, but with Elfi, it was a terrible disappointment. After I uploaded my loan request, no update came through for nearly a week. Eventually, I called to inquire how things were progressing. Unhelpful customer support provided answers that sort of sounded noncommittal. It seemed to me that they were just trying to push me through without making me aware of anything. The loan finally came through, but long waiting and not very helpful customer service really frustrated me. I wouldn't feel comfortable using them in the future for any other needs.

Not a good company at all. It took more than two weeks to get approved, which is far too long. During that period, I had to follow up repeatedly for any information regarding my loan status, but never got a clear answer. Once I was finally approved, I discovered several hidden fees, including processing and origination fees, which were never mentioned during the application. When I called customer service to inquire, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I feel deceived, and I'll never get their service again. If you need a transparent and speedy loan process, look elsewhere.

I have used Elfi for an unsecured personal loan. While loan terms were good, the longer time taken for the actual approval was disappointing. After providing my application, it took more than a week for it to get noticed. Very Disappointing Experience
Application process seemed simple enough, but once submitted, things really took a turn for the worse. It took longer than what was originally told to be approved, and I had to call several times just to get updates on anything. Once approved, there were multiple fees that never were mentioned during the application process. These also included processing fees, as well as an administrative fee, undisclosed anywhere on their website or in the beginning application. I attempted to contact their customer service team and received no response, and when they did respond, they provided no solution. I could never recommend Elfi to anyone due to a lack of transparency that only made this experience a stressful and frustrating one.
