Ordered a big order, and a few of the items were wrong when they arrived. I immediately reached out to customer support, sending photos and order information. Weeks have passed and I still haven't heard anything. They did admit to the mistake but have not provided replacements or a refund yet. The non-accountability is shocking. What they did provide were of dodgy freshness, and some of the flavors were off. The delivery was also late, which made it even more frustrating. The whole experience has been a nightmare, and I would not be able to recommend this supplier.
