Good Build Quality for the Price
The materials are solid and it feels built to last. We?ve had it through several seasons now, and everything still functions well. Doors and latches are secure, and I haven?t had any predator issues. Egg access is a breeze. Only reason I?m giving 4 stars is the shipping box came slightly damaged, but nothing inside was broken.

Perfect for First-Time Chicken Owners

Functional and Clean Look

Surprisingly Sturdy and Spacious
This coop is more durable than I expected. We had strong winds last month and it stayed put with no damage. Our hens took to it quickly, and the nesting area is easy to access. It's not bulky, and it blends well into our backyard setup. A solid investment.

Easy to Move and Maintain

Well-Designed and Chicken-Approved

Good Coop, Slight Learning Curve
The product is overall really solid. We had a few hiccups during assembly, but once it was all set up, it worked like a charm. Our hens adjusted quickly, and the mobility feature is a big help for rotating grazing areas. I?d recommend watching a couple videos before assembling just to get a sense of the parts and layout.

Very Practical for Backyard Setups

Not Built for Daily Moves
They advertise easy daily mobility, but our experience has been the opposite. The frame flexes awkwardly when lifted, and the wheels sink in soft ground. I now dread having to move it because it feels like a two-person job every time. I wouldn?t recommend it for regular relocation.

Aesthetic Over Functionality
While the Chalet model looks beautiful, functionally it doesn?t suit our climate. The ventilation seems limited, and in hotter months, the interior gets stuffy quickly. We ended up modifying it ourselves to allow better airflow. It shouldn?t take DIY just to make it livable for the hens.

Returned It
After much debate, we returned the product. Between missing hardware, poor customer service, and a confusing manual, it just wasn?t worth the time or money. They did process our return, but it took almost three weeks. I expected more from a company with such high praise online.

Not Ideal for Larger Birds
I have heavier breeds like Orpingtons, and the design isn?t really suited to them. The ramp is steep, and they often slip or avoid going in altogether. I reached out to support for solutions and got a generic response. If you?ve got big hens, I?d look elsewhere.

Assembly Took Too Long

Disappointed with the Wheel System
I bought the Classic model primarily because of the EZ-lift wheel feature, but it doesn?t live up to the hype. The handle mechanism is awkward, and on uneven ground, it gets stuck. I also noticed the tire wore out faster than I expected. It?s still usable, but far from the smooth experience described online.

Looks Better Than It Works
