Lacking Essential Features
Bottom Line: I was a little bummed. I found the process of doing business on efile4biz.com to be klutzy; it took a number of attempts to get my paperwork submitted properly, and the slow response from their customer service didn't make me feel any better. Needless to say, I will not return.

Not so Efficient as Advertised
My experience with efile4biz was frustrating from beginning to end. The web site was confusing for me to use, and many of the forms were not intuitive. I did contact them for support, but their reply was slow and not particularly insightful. I finally had to get help elsewhere, which increased the tension during what was already a chaotic period. I would not recommend this service to anyone in the future.

Frustrating Process
I have tried using efile4biz twice, and what I saw was inconsistency. I first managed to use it once to file without any issues but used them the second time when I experienced many technical issues that made me fail to file within due time. Customer service, which was usually on call, wasn't very responsive when I was in a tight spot. I missed filing in time because, with proper assistance needed, I was not able to get it on time. My experience would make me warn other users to beware of such an experience.

efile4biz was lacking some of the functionality that I required. The forms, on numerous occasions, were not explained clearly so it was frustrating. I had to do quite a bit of my own research, which is not ideal for business owners who are pressed for time. Hopefully, they will make it better.

Bad Experience Overall
The interface of efile4biz is too confusing. Although I was able to file my documents, the process was not as easy as I thought it should be. Good Experience
I did have high hopes from efile4biz, but the experience really disappointed. When I needed to correct some things I was really confused by the interface. I had quite a number of glitches that frustrated my filing time. Customer support response was so delayed I started to worry that maybe my deadlines would not be met as expected. If they improve their platform they will never have such experiences again.

Disappointing Experience
I had selected efile4biz for its promised ease, but my experience was far from exemplary. System crashed while filling out forms-meaning I had to start again from scratch. Ironically, I managed to get it filed finally, but way after I had anticipated, which made it a nerve-wracking tax season owing to delayed confirmation e-mails. Can't really endorse this service, judging from what I have experienced.
