Charged twice due to checkout bug

Love this store so much
This is my fourth order from eCosmetics, and I have no complaints at all. Every time I buy something, the shipping is fast, prices are good, and I get exactly what I expect. Okay product, bad service
The product itself was okay?arrived sealed and in decent shape. But what really frustrated me was the customer service. I had a billing issue where I was charged twice. It took several emails and screenshots before someone even acknowledged the problem. The tone of the emails also felt dismissive, like I was bothering them. It eventually got sorted, but it shouldn?t take that much effort to fix something that was clearly your mistake. There?s a huge difference between cheap and valuable. I?d rather pay a little more elsewhere if it means faster response and more respect as a customer. I might give them another chance, but only if I?m not in a rush and don?t need support. Definitely not impressed.

Odd chemical undertones in scent
When I sprayed it, there was an odd artificial note?chemical rather than floral. It faded quickly too. Took over ten days to arrive. I emailed support about strange smell but got general response only. Not sure if I want to risk another bottle that smells off. Even cheap perfumes shouldn?t be irritating chemically.

Discount not worth the hassle
I tried saving a few bucks by buying from here instead of Sephora, and honestly, I regret it. The lipstick I ordered came in a bent tube like it had been tossed around. The outer box was also crushed and dirty. It didn?t look like something I?d want to use, let alone gift. I sent a complaint with pictures but got a generic response saying all sales are final unless unopened. How am I supposed to inspect it without opening it? It just felt unfair. I don?t think I?ll risk it again. The discount isn?t worth getting items in questionable condition and dealing with cold responses.

Poor quality packaging
I ordered a fragile face compact and it arrived completely shattered. The outer box was thin and had no protection inside?just the item loosely packed. It?s really disappointing because the product looked good online and was priced right. I emailed their team with photos but didn?t hear back for over a week. By the time they responded, they said it was too late to issue a replacement. What?! I reported it immediately. Now I?m stuck with a broken product I can?t use. If they?re going to ship delicate items, they need to use proper padding and boxes. This kind of careless packaging ruins the entire order experience. Not ordering again anytime soon.

Packaging damaged and messy
The cap came loose and the box was crushed, making for a disappointing first impression. The fragrance was average at best, fading in a couple hours. Shipping was slow, and support replies were tardy. It gave me the feeling that the brand doesn?t care about quality control. Cheap price afflicted by poor packaging and unreliable service?definitely not worth it.

Okay but not reliable
eCosmetics has a nice-looking site and good prices, but the reliability just isn?t there for me. I?ve ordered twice?once it went smoothly, the second time, not at all. The second order was delayed, and no one reached out. I had to ask for updates multiple times before anything moved. When it finally shipped, the tracking didn?t update until it was basically already delivered. I don?t like having to chase down my order. It?s frustrating when a company looks professional online but then drops the ball in basic operations. I might try again during a sale, but not when I need something quickly or urgently.

Disappointing all around
From start to finish, this experience was kind of a mess. First, the product I wanted was listed as "in stock" but after I ordered, I got an email saying it was delayed. Fine, I waited. Then it took almost two weeks to arrive. When it did show up, the box was damaged and the packaging inside was flimsy. I contacted support and only got an auto-reply. I understand shipping can have issues sometimes, but when there's a string of problems?inventory errors, shipping delays, and poor customer service?it adds up. I really wanted to like this site because they have great prices, but I?m not sure it?s worth the headache. They need to invest more in backend systems and actual customer support.

Bottle looked fine but scent bland
The outer box was fine and inside the bottle seemed legit. But once I opened it, the fragrance quickly lost potency. It smelled generic and lacked the richness I expected. Delivery took over ten days, which didn?t help. I contacted support and got a delayed, vague answer. Even cheap alternatives should offer decent fragrance?this one didn?t come close.

Everything I needed in one spot
I?ve been hunting down a specific moisturizer and finally found it at eCosmetics. I wasn?t expecting much, just wanted the product, but the whole experience turned out way better than I thought. First of all, the checkout process was smooth and quick. Got confirmation and shipping details without any delays. The package came within four days, nicely packed, no damages. Great deals on perfumes

Still no refund after return
I returned an item a month ago following all their instructions exactly?original packaging, unused, tracked shipping. They confirmed receipt of the return after 5 days. But even after that, no refund. I?ve sent 3 emails and haven?t received a single reply. I called the number listed on their site and it goes straight to voicemail. I feel like they?re just ignoring me now. It?s incredibly frustrating because I didn?t do anything wrong. I followed all the steps and still ended up stuck with no product and no money. I?ve never had such a hard time getting a simple return processed. Unless they make this right, I?m telling all my friends to avoid the site.

Really good find

Product seemed old or off
I?ve been using the same serum for years, so I know how it?s supposed to look and feel. The one I received from eCosmetics just didn?t seem right?it had a slightly different color and scent. I checked the batch number and couldn?t even find it listed on the packaging. I emailed support asking about expiration dates or if it was old stock, but they never got back to me. I used it a couple of times and my skin started to react, so I stopped. Now it?s just sitting unused. I wanted to save some money ordering from here, but it doesn?t feel worth it if I can?t trust the product quality. If you?re offering discounted beauty products, the least you can do is ensure they?re fresh and authentic. Very let down.

Not what I hoped for
I had high hopes ordering from here after seeing good reviews. But my experience wasn?t great. The site said "ships in 1?2 business days," but mine took 6 days to even leave the warehouse. Then another week to arrive. When it finally came, the box was dented and one of the items had a leaky seal. The product wasn?t ruined, but it felt used. I didn?t even bother returning it because the return process seemed complicated. I just expected more. They need to be clearer about shipping timeframes and improve how they package liquid items. Not the worst ever, but definitely not ideal.

Refund process was painful

Long wait, no communication
