Good quality, would order again

Extremely disappointed with the service
I ordered a vape pen and some e-liquids, and it's been a nightmare right from the beginning. It took well over a week for my order to arrive. When my order finally arrived, it was incomplete. I've had to chase customer service for days just to get a reply, and even then, it took ages to resolve the issue. The products themselves are fine, but the overall experience was frustrating and not worth the hassle. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning.

Poor customer service, long wait times
This was my first time ordering from Ecigs-Direct, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The products were okay, but the delivery took way longer than promised. Not great for online shopping
I had high hopes for Ecigs-Direct, but my experience was less than stellar. I ordered a vape starter kit and some accessories, but the shipping was delayed significantly, with no prior notification. Frustrating shipping and customer service
Not as good of an experience as I would've liked with Ecigs-Direct. Took a week longer than anticipated to show up, but every time I tried calling, wait time was long and general answers. They just sounded overworked and ill-prepared to deal with everyday situations. When the goods did finally come, one bottle of e-juice was ruined and torn packaging. I tried to get a refund or a replacement, but it was all so time-consuming and convoluted. Overall, customer service was unhelpful, and shipping was extremely slow. I'm not sure if I'll order again because of the inconvenience I went through.

Terrible experience with faulty products
Well, ordered a few things from Ecigs-Direct. It was one of those frustrating experiences right from the word go. First, products took longer than expected to get delivered. And when finally they did, one vape pen was faulty right out of the box. Contacted the customer support and didn't hear from them for a number of days. When they finally did get back to me, their solution was to offer a return, but I had to pay for return shipping. Considering how much I spent on my order, this wasn't ideal. The whole process felt like a hassle, and I wasn't satisfied with how my issue was handled. It's a shame because I thought Ecigs-Direct was a good brand, but after this experience, I'm not so sure if I'll continue shopping with them. I have had much better service from other companies in the same space.
