Poor Experience and Bad Customer Service
I was initially excited about EcigMafia based on several reviews, but my experience is far from good. I ordered a vape mod and a few accessories from them. First of all, it took a while for the order to ship. That was annoying enough. But, the real problem was that they sent me the wrong product. I called customer service, but it was very slow. I was then asked to return the product at my expense after a lot of follow-ups, which was really inconvenient on my part. The replacement came, but it still lacked some of the accessories that I paid for. A partial refund was given, but that didn't compensate for my wasted time. I mean, with the price they charge, I expect way better service and quality control. Won't be ordering with them again.

Unreliable Shipping and Damaged Products
I have been a regular customer at EcigMafia for quite a while, but my last experience completely changed my opinion of the company. I ordered a couple of high-end vape mods, and when they arrived, one of them was damaged. I immediately contacted their support team, but it was very slow and asked for unnecessary details instead of just resolving the issue. When they finally offered a replacement, the shipping took much longer than they promised, and the replacement mod arrived with even more damage. It was clear to me that they didn't inspect the products properly before shipping them out. And to add insult to injury, I had to pay for the return shipping. After a great deal of back-and-forth, I got a refund, but it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience all the same. Because of my experience, I can't recommend this store.

Terrible Service and Misleading Product Descriptions
I decided to give EcigMafia a shot after reading some decent reviews, but my experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a vape pen and a few e-liquids, but upon arrival, the vape pen did not work as it was supposed to. The e-liquids were okay, but the product description on their website was not accurate. I tried to contact their customer service to get this sorted out, and they barely responded, and when they did, it wasn't helpful. I was informed the product was "final sale," despite it being advertised that it was fully refundable if not opened. Complete lack of transparency was infuriating. When I asked for a return, they didn't provide a full refund but store credit. I didn't feel like the company cared about customer satisfaction in the least. After this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Definitely not worth the hassle.
