Hits and misses abound when it comes to flavor: some foods have a bright freshness, but then others seem overcooked. Delivery delays are an issue too. Both times my meals were later than anticipated, and the ice packs were almost melted. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful but didn't provide much in the way of a resolution. The concept of the service is wonderful, but if consistency isn't addressed, it's difficult to justify the expense. I'd appreciate seeing improved quality control so that each meal is held to the same level. Until then, I?ll be looking for other options.
