Vast and Knowledgeable
James Peterson took a very vast and elaborate amount of time in discussing Medicare options with us. He was very well conversant with the system, showing his knowledge about it as he maneuvered the several plans and their benefits. James made such a difference with his ability to listen to our particular health needs and his willingness to take additional extra time in discussing those concerns in more details. Nice and Nurturing
Grace Kim was very helpful during those times of inquiry as to which Medicare plan was the proper one to use. She really helped a lot by making some of the specifics about each plan make sense. She was very patient, not pushing me through those conversations. I was able to have a thorough understanding of each coverage option that was available and how they would play into my health care. Well Beyond Expectations
