Not the Best Experience
I have been a member of DuGood for years, but I have grown to be disappointed with their service more and more each year. They have competitive prices, but the customer service has gotten woefully slow and basically useless. I have actually had to wait a long time for help several times, and some of the people didn't know what they were doing. The mobile app also crashes very frequently, and I have had to deal with transactions not posting. I am giving them up because I think DuGood can do better than this.

I recently refinanced my home loan with DuGood, but the process wasn't as smooth as I had expected. There was just a lot of delay and lack of communication so that made me frustrated. Sometimes, to get an update, I had to call several times. Their loan rates were competitive, but the lack of clear communication and the slow processing times made the experience less than ideal. I have joined DuGood thinking that it is one of those hassle-free banks, but so far everything has been a disaster. My debit card was rejected several times without an explanation of the reason, nor was I being called a day or two in advance. Customer lines were pretty awful when I was trying to call. I didn't feel like people were actually listening and took an age to fix my problem. Whereas their interest rates are competitive, it's really a letdown in every other respect with DuGood.

Growing
I was thrilled with the service that I received from DuGood at first, but it has gone downhill. The problem I have is with sending money to my account in another bank, and it hasn't been handled in a timely manner. Their online banking system is very outdated and I had quite a few glitches these past few months. I am quite annoyed by the DuGood customer service. I requested a loan. What happened was inconvenient and slow. The representatives seemed not so prepared and were also unable to give straightforward answers to my questions. A Great Place to Bank
I've been a member of DuGood for some years now. Their services are always fantastic. The rates are really good. Customer service is also pretty fine, friendly, and helpful. I just recently opened a business account there. It was fast and easy. The representative explained everything in such a clear manner that really helped me make the proper choice. I would highly recommend DuGood for personal and business banking needs. Their attention to detail and commitment in helping its members separates them.

Best Banking Experience
I have been with DuGood for over three years, and it has been the best banking experience ever. The mobile banking app is really simple and effective, and their customer service is always fast and professional. Just last week, I applied for a personal loan and everything went smooth. Extremely Reliable
This is a bank, which provides me with all services I may require. In all cases, it has neither increased fees nor rates without my knowledge. Outstanding Service and Support
DuGood has been an awesome credit union to work with. I've used personal loan services from them and was pleased to see they approved it promptly with good competitive rates. What really stands out though with DuGood though is the customer support. The team is always available and anxious to help at any questions or concerns. I also like the fact that they feature an online banking system that is at once secure and user-friendly.
