So Impressed!
Drink-trip.com is my new favorite website from which to order drinks. The selection is great, and the quality is very good; I've been able to find some drinks there that I couldn't find anywhere else. The customer support is great, too-they answered all my questions and helped me find just what I was looking for. My order arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. It is so rare to find an online store that delivers consistently on great service and quality, but drink-trip.com nails it every time.

Perfect Experience Every Time!

Fantastic Quality and Service!

Great Variety and Fast Shipping!

Excellent Service and Product!

Delayed and Damaged Order
It really feels like Drink-Trip should get its game together. I had a well-over-two-week delay for my order, and after it came, it arrived completely damaged: some drinks spilled and packages ruined. The worst part is the slow reaction of the support team after my email. In summary, frustrating and disappointing experience.

Slow Shipping and Poor Quality
I had to wait more than one month, and my order came; some things were not as I expected: the beverages were warm and tasted just not right. I had then to call their customer service; it still took days to get them to speak back. Extremely bad quality, poor service. Waste of time waiting.

Worst Experience With An Online Store
I have been unfortunate enough to deal with lots of online stores, but this one was by far the worst. My order came weeks later and incomplete, placing in some items I didn't order. Not only that, but customer service didn't help at all. They promised to resolve it, but nothing ever came about.

Shipping Delays and No Communication
Shipping took forever, and the communication from Drink-Trip was practically nil. I had to make several calls just to get an answer. Finally, when I got my order, it was incomplete. I am not so sure if I will continue my business with them because it seems like their customer service does not care.

Consistently Great Quality and Service

Disorganized and Unprofessional
This was, of course, very disappointing, since the website was fairly professional. Instead of quickly delivering my order, like they had promised, it was very late, and mediocre in quality. Unpleasant and Unhelpful
Overall, my ordering experience with Drink-Trip was far from satisfactory. The order was not in time, and their customer service was quite helpless in finding a solution. Unacceptable Delivery Time
The delivery time of my order was completely unacceptable. What was supposed to arrive in a few days took several weeks, and upon receipt, some of the packaging was broken, with spoilage of items inside. Obviously, this company is very disorganized and has zero regard for customer satisfaction.

Awful Experience, No Customer Support
I have ordered my drinks over a month ago, and they never arrived. The customer support team was unhelpful and never replied to my emails. Terrible Customer Service
Never had such bad customer service. The people were very uninterested in the issue at hand. I ordered and was charged promptly, yet my delivery took a few weeks. Drink-Trip was an abomination to deal with, from placing the order to their site showing no progress of receiving anything. The customer service I tried multiple times to contact never reached back out to me. It wasn't until a month later when the items finally came that they were damaged. Missing Items in My Order
I ordered a bundle, and when that came, some of its content was missing. In trying to get this sorted through with support, it really took too long in its processing, and my missing products arrived only in more than a week's time. Really frustrating experience. "Avoid This Company!"
Drink-Trip.com completely ruined my special event. I ordered a collection of drinks for a celebration, and they arrived several days late. Besides that, some of the bottles were broken, and others were simply bad. When I tried to seek help, customer support was very arrogant and refused to cooperate. They did not offer me any solution other than a partial refund, which was not enough compared to what I had paid. The experience frustrated and upset me. I will never use this service again, and I'll tell everyone I know to avoid it.

Unpleasant Aftertaste
It had some weird aftertaste, kinda couldn't place, really unpleasant in general, and it lingers longer than one would want. Not exactly what one expects from them, anyway. Never try ordering food from these folks again. Could have been a great product-the taste was just not there.

"Extremely Disappointing"
I had a really bad experience with Drink-Trip.com. The drinks were late, of poor quality, and not as advertised on the website. I tried to contact customer support for a resolution, but it was slow and unhelpful. They said they couldn't replace it because it was out of their return window, which was very frustrating because it came in such bad condition. What I paid merited infinitely better service and quality. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

"Horrible Shipping and Packaging"
Drink-Trip.com has some serious problems with shipping and packaging. I ordered some drinks for a birthday party, and when they arrived, they were really badly packed, and bottles leak. It took longer to get here than it was supposed to, and when I called to complain, nobody cared. The customer service was slow, and I was left without replacement products or a refund for the damaged goods. I had to make a last-minute purchase from another site. It was a very stressful situation, and I will not be trusting this company again. They most definitely lack attention to detail.

"Never Again"
Upon reading some positive reviews, I placed an order on Drink-Trip.com. Unfortunately, it was always a disappointment. First, this delivery took much longer to arrive than expected, and at last, when the drinks arrived, they were damaged. A call to customer support never got any response for days, and when I received one, they were uninfluential and never gave any responsibility for the broken items. Their solutions, either slow or completely below par. If that wasn't enough, the products were extremely overpriced for the really mediocre quality of what I was sent. In sum, this is one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I have ever had, and I will not come back.

"Scammy and Untrustworthy"
I regret ordering from Drink-Trip.com. The service was bad, and the drinks that came were nothing close to what I had seen in the advert. The website promised premium beverages, but what I got felt like cheap knockoffs. Also, I was hit with added shipping charges that weren't noted at checkout. When I called customer service to discuss this, they were less than helpful. They put me on the merry-go-round for a few weeks, promising me a refund that never arrived. All this company cares about, it seems, is having your money, without ensuring quality in its products or services. I would advise against using them.

"Poor Quality and Even Worse Service"
Drink-Trip.com's service left much to be desired. I was hoping for a great experience, the product quality was subpar at best. I would never have thought of finding some opened or leaking bottles, with a hard attitude in store when trying to get an answer from customer support. It was slow to respond, and the response wasn't useful at all. I did return a few of those items, and it is taking way longer than anticipated for a refund or just to confirm that they actually received the return. I paid for premium shipping, and my order arrived late and in the worst condition. If you care about getting what you pay for, I recommend you avoid this site.

Very Disappointed with the Taste
I ordered it because of the great reviews, and boy, did it not live up to it whatsoever. It tasted somewhat uneventful and didn't give the kick you would expect. I had very high expectations. "What a Waste of Time and Money"
I had a completely disastrous experience with Drink-Trip.com. I ordered a variety of drinks for a party, and when they finally showed up, they were totally different from what I was expecting. A few were flat, and others tasted stale, which was highly disappointing. I tried to call their customer service to sort this out, but they were very rude. They gave a partial refund, but I would have liked a full refund considering the state of the products. I was also very frustrated to hear that I had missed the window for their return policy when I asked about it. Won't be buying from them again.

"Terrible Packaging and Delays"
Drink-Trip.com did not impress me with their service. My order was delayed by several days, and when it finally arrived, the packaging was poorly done. "Overpriced and Underwhelming"
After reading and listening to several good reviews, I thought Drink-Trip.com could satisfy me, too, but what happened in the case was really quite the contrary. Their product quality is not worth the ridiculously high prices. Drinks took a lot of time to arrive, and most of them were not even near what I had ordered. I tried reaching out to their support team, and it took them an eternity to respond. And even after they responded, all they could do was say sorry and wouldn't replace or send correct ones either. I'm so disappointed with this. I had to cancel my plans for the drinks I ordered and, as a result, I had to buy elsewhere. It was incredibly frustrating for me. For the prices they charge, I would expect far better service and reliability.

"Worst Customer Service Ever"
Drink-Trip.com is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. On ordering a couple of times with mistakes in my order, I immediately contacted them for some quick resolution, which was met by long delays, no response, and multiple excuses. No compensation for the inconvenience caused and wrong products. The final representative that managed to get through was rude and unprofessional; obviously, they do not care about their customers. The frustrating experience aside, it cost me hours just following up on something that would've taken a few days, anyway. Undeniably, I wouldn't make the mistake again by giving their services another shot; moreover, I caution anybody to beware of their traps.

Poor Quality Control

"Never Again"
The recent experience with Drink-Trip.com was horrible. Firstly, I ordered some selection of drinks for the event; besides the delayed time, half of the bottles had broken. Well, on approaching their customer service, it was dismissive, not even offering a replacement. What they did tell me was that this all was my fault because I failed to check on the product. It was frustrating from the very start to the end. It also made it even worse considering the high expectations that I got from their website. Also, their products are way too overpriced compared to the poor quality service I had. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be ordering from them ever again. I expect much more from companies claiming premium experiences.

Unsatisfactory Experience
The whole experience was just okay, at best. Whereas the drink in itself was fine, some things that really spoiled the experience were the lack of communication and the late shipping. It did not feel at all like a professional service, and I am very reluctant to reorder. I expected more with a company like this one.

"Disappointing Experience"
I have ordered recently from Drink-Trip.com in order to surprise my family with a special beverage. The whole experience was far from frustrating. Delivery was more than one week late, besides the missing items in the package. I called their customer support a couple of times, but the response was very slow and useless. They did not appear to be interested in my problem, nor did they offer a solution, other than the refund for the missing products, which was unsatisfactory. What a pity, as I had heard great things about this company, but this adventure totally turned me off from continuing to use their services anymore. I would feel wary of anyone considering their services to think hard before making an order. Customer service really needs a major renovation.

Horrible Return Policy

Not Worth the Price

Product Didn't Arrive
