Excellent Customer Service

Worth Every Penny

Disappointed with the Dr. Dabber Switch
I really wanted to love the Dr. Dabber Switch, but it has been frustrating. The vapor quality is good when it works, but I have had it overheat and shut down on me multiple times. I reached out to customer service, and their response time was very slow and unhelpful. After trying a couple of troubleshooting attempts, it still wouldn't work as expected, and so I ended up returning the product. I've used other vaporizers in the past, and this doesn't quite live up to the hype for the Dr. Dabber Switch. With the price that you pay, you expect it to be way better, including customer service. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, really inconsistent, and was honestly a letdown with everything in it. Build quality is okay, I suppose, but functionality just isn't there. For a high-end product, I had much higher expectations of reliability and corporate service.

Overpriced and Underwhelming
I bought the Dr. Dabber Boost EVO after all the great reviews, and it was a huge letdown. Right out of the box, it felt bulky and cumbersome. The vapor didn't produce the clean and smooth hits I was expecting; after just a few uses, it started to have performance issues with the device. I tried cleaning it and troubleshooting, but it just wouldn't stay consistent. The worst part, though, was the customer service-it was practically non-existent. I reached out multiple times about my issues, and they didn't respond in a timely manner. With the Boost EVO retailing at such a high price, I was expecting a hell of a lot better in terms of build quality and reliability. Instead, I got something that felt like a cheaply-made vaporizer which was absolute trash. Very disappointed with Dr. Dabber, and I won't be purchasing from them again.

Defective Device, Terrible Customer Service
I purchased the Dr. Dabber Boost EVO in hopes of upgrading my vaporizer, but unfortunately, I got a defective unit. After using it for just a few days, it stopped producing vapor altogether. I tried troubleshooting based on the online guides, but nothing worked. The battery seemed to die quickly, even when fully charged. I contacted customer service, and they took over a week to reply, sending me generic troubleshooting steps that didn't help at all. I had to return the device, and it was really slow and frustrating. I am extremely disappointed in the quality control and lack of responsiveness from Dr. Dabber. I've gotten way more for what I spent than with this. Not the best experience at all, especially compared to the great times I had with other brands.

Having been into vaporizers for many years, and considering how much praise is being spoken about Dr. Dabber products, I ordered myself a Dr. Dabber Switch. It's sleek in design, but that's about where the positives end. The device has performance issues, especially with the heating elements. I've had the Switch for a few months now, and it frequently shuts off during use or takes longer than expected to heat up. I also noticed that the vapor quality isn't as consistent as I hoped. Sometimes it's smooth, and other times it's harsh and unpleasant. I have contacted their customer support a couple of times, but the responses were not helpful, and I didn't get the help I needed. For the price, I would expect a lot more in functionality and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone in search of a good vaporizer.

Terrible Product and No Help from Support
I bought the Dr. Dabber Switch because of how highly everyone spoke of it, but the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. It began acting up a few weeks into use. First, there was the incessant clogging of the atomizer-no amount of cleaning seemed to make a difference. Evidently, when I called Dr. Dabber, customer support wouldn't listen or respond. I had to follow up several times before I got a response, and even then they were just giving me the runaround, some general troubleshooting steps that didn't work. It is obvious that their product is not as it has been advertized. The vapor wasn't smooth, and the device is unreliable. For such an expensive product, I had expected much more. I regret buying it and will be searching out a different brand next time.

High Price, Bad Quality
Given the great recommendations, I thought a Dr. Dabber Boost EVO was well worth investing in, and I was really disappointed with my purchase. The device seems super cheap and plastic for a device so expensive. It's hard to get a consistent hit, and the vapor often tastes burnt-even when I think I follow the instructions. The worst part of it is, the battery life is terrible, and by a few sessions, I find myself needing to charge the thing. I reached out to the customer support team at Dr. Dabber looking for advice. It was forever before hearing back and their solutions didn't work. The product is definitely not worth the money, and I'll be sticking with other brands going forward. I really can't justify spending this much on a device that doesn't perform well or live up to expectations. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

A Major Letdown
I bought the Dr. Dabber Switch with high hopes after reading all the excellent reviews, but boy, was I disappointed. Within a couple of weeks, it had already stopped working correctly. It wouldn't heat properly, and the vapor became inconsistent. I spent hours troubleshooting, but nothing worked. I have contacted their customer support, but it took too long to answer and was completely useless. After a few unsuccessful attempts to fix this problem, I returned it. For such a highly priced product, one expects much more in terms of reliability and quality. I would not recommend this device to anyone, as there are much better vaporizers that do the job which they promise.

Not Impressed with the Dr. Dabber Switch
I have heard so much great stuff about Dr. Dabber products, which is why I tried the Switch, but, honestly, I am not very impressed. While the design and features of this seemed promising, performance is disappointing. It cannot sustain temperature well, and hits are quite uneven. Even following all the instructions for proper use and cleaning, the vapor quality was hit-or-miss. The price of the product is highly above similar devices on the market, so I was expecting a lot more from it. I have called their customer service a couple of times with no meaningful help. I should have gotten another brand.

Given the price and reputation of this brand, I had high hopes when I ordered a Dr. Dabber Switch; it didn't take that long for things to take a turn for the worse. Ever since I got the Dr. Dabber Aurora, nothing but problems. It was disappointing right out of the box in terms of performance. Within a couple of weeks, the device began malfunctioning; I also observed that the battery was quickly getting discharged, whereas the battery discharge time was fine earlier. And when I sent them emails to customer service, they would go dark on me for days. After two months of trying to fix it with no success, I gave up and returned the product. For the price, it was severely lacking in quality, and I'm extremely disappointed in both the product and the company's customer service.

Constant Malfunctions and Poor Performance
I finally got myself a Dr. Dabber Switch because I wanted to upgrade, but with this device, things have totally gone downhill. Firstly, this thing takes longer than usual to warm up, and when it does heat up, it doesn't give the smooth consistent vapor you would want. It started malfunctioning after a few uses: it would just turn off on its own and never reach the right temperature. I followed all cleaning instructions and troubleshooting guides to the letter, but nothing seemed to improve the issues. To top that off, Dr. Dabber's customer service was beyond unhelpful. They took ages to reply to my e-mails, and when they do, some generic responses didn't relate to the issues I were facing. For the money I spent, I at least expected a solid product and customer support to match. Will not be buying again from Dr. Dabber.

Dr. Dabber Switch-on-paper looked phenomenal, but, well, reality had other plans; in practice, it is actually pretty average. Worth It to Every Cent
Done a lot of research. Finally, after long researching, I decided to splurge with the Dr. Dabber Boost EVO. Honestly speaking, it's by far the best vaporizer out there that I own.
