Disappointed with the Service

I was very hopeful about this website, Direct Vapor. The order I had placed involved a vape mod and accessories. It took almost two weeks, though the estimated time said quite less than that, I think. When the order came, it was incomplete and really not worth my money because some really important component was missing from there. I called their customer service, and they apologized, but they did not solve the problem as soon as possible. They asked for some extra time to check the inventory, but after one week, I did not hear anything from them. The worst part was that the product I received was damaged. From a site that guarantees good service and speedy delivery, mine has been quite the opposite so far. Extremely Slow Shipping and Missing Items

Been a regular customer with Direct Vapor, but recently, it has been an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a few items from them and expected the same fast shipment. Extremely Disappointed with Delivery Times

I ordered a vape kit from Direct Vapor, expecting it to arrive within the promised 5-7 days. Instead, it took almost 15 days for my order to show up. It means there has always been this response, whenever I get to their customer service, there is always some delay owing to "high demand." I just wanted more detail about the delay in the shipment. After the package came, the vape tank inside the parcel was broken due to the bad packaging of the package. I requested a return and exchange, but their process is extremely slow and clumsy. It took them over two weeks just to send me a replacement, and the replacement was also faulty. For the prices they charge, I expected a much more seamless experience. At this point, I will not be ordering from Direct Vapor again. Their service has been subpar at best.

Unprofessional Return Handling

Utterly disappointed with the way Direct Vapor treated my inquiry for a return. I had received a damaged item and immediately contacted their support team upon delivery. I did just that; sent the item back, following the instructions. And then, they took so much time just to process my refund. In fact, they sent a confirmation email to my mailbox that they have received my return after three weeks from mailing. And when I queried regarding my credit, no answer would I get. The worst is that their communication has not been good, and this led to my constant pursuit. And even worse, after several weeks, it was partial when it finally arrived. They didn't return the complete amount for my defective merchandise, using some "restocking fees." This has just been a very frustrating process, and it has really cost me. I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid Direct Vapor in the future. Their handling of customer issues is absolutely unacceptable.
