They brag on the site about free shipping over a certain amount; mine qualified, and I got charged for shipping. The order was also wrong, and the return process was an absolute nightmare. Complete Letdown

I had a diet plan in which, after some time, to make my process easier, I ordered from DietDirect; it made it worse, actually. Delivery was slow, packaging was broken, and the products tasted foul, plus some other meal plans that had no taste at all-so bad that I didn't feel trying that. When I called Support, they were no good. This is my first, and last time ordering for them. Do not bother wasting your time or your money.
