Not Worth the Hype

Worst Shopping Experience
On all counts, Declucks.com failed dismally: my order was considerably delayed, and when it came, the product was indeed broken and defective. I then tried to contact customer support, but they were a bit slow to get in touch with me and gave me the runaround. They are hard to trust for solutions to problems they must have foreseen.

Great Quality, But Slightly Expensive
The quality of the products I ordered was excellent, the craftsmanship is great, and one can tell they really use premium materials. Their prices are a bit high, but compared to other websites, that is somewhat understandable. Because of the product quality, though, it's not so bad. Wish to see some discounts or promotions in the future.

Disappointed With the Packaging
It sounded like the products were great, but I was so disappointed in the way my order was packaged. It finally arrived with some damage that was easily avoidable if there had been better packing. It was not catastrophic, but frustrating. Hope they improve their packaging processes in the future, 'cause the product quality itself was fine.

Decent, but Delivery Took Longer Than Expected
While the product is alright, delivery time was longer than they first led me to believe, and my package took approximately two weeks to arrive; frustrating. I understand these things occur in shipping, but a little better communication would be nice. In regard to the quality of the product itself, that's a different story-I'm really undecided about reordering.

Good Products, but Sizing Was Off
I have purchased a few pieces of clothes, and while the material and design were perfect, it was a different story altogether regarding sizing. I needed to return a couple of items because they were too small. Customer service was very responsive and made the return process so seamless, but still slightly disappointing to deal with. Hope they work on their sizing charts.

Poor Customer Service Response
My personal feeling is that they had poor customer service from Declucks. I called and messaged them several times about an order, it took well over a week for the response, at which point it wasn't even useful at all. I wouldn't even mind ordering again-I won't-if this is how I can expect this business to conduct its support work.

Overall, a Solid Experience
The quality of the product I purchased was good, and it arrived just in time. The only reason I do not give them a full 5-star rating is that, on their website, the method of payment had a slight glitch. It was sorted out real quick, but it did create an inconvenience. Good Experience, But Could Improve Return Policy

Terrible Experience - Will Not Order Again
By far and away, this is one of my worst experiences with online shopping: first, the product arrives damaged, then it took ages before I heard something about it from customer service.
