Based on what I expected from Current, my experience has unfortunately been really frustrating. The app is pretty glitchy?there have been times when the app would freeze or the app would not allow me to load my balance. My experience with the customer service has remained so disappointing to date. It took about a week and half since calling in on one of my problems, yet the follow-up call was nothing better. This is part of the shortcomings that have, up to this point disappointed me greatly, as I have been accustomed to fast banking with efficiency. The latter concern remains on having limited access to ATM in-network as it accumulates withdrawal fees from quite a number of sources. It is frustrating to deal with this when the app promotes fee-free banking. The positive about an early paycheck came in handy, however - negatives out would weigh positives in my book - I'm looking elsewhere now for better banking reliability and responsiveness.

Chopped over to Current mainly because I got tired of playing priced games at the bigger banks, but so far, my experience has sucked. The app is really slow, transactions take about hours to appear on my account. I had a purchase not reflected in my account nearly 24 hours after the purchase.
