Excellent Crab Legs!

Deliciously Sweet Crab Meat

Disappointing Experience
I was looking forward to Crab Dynasty because people just rave about this place, but it really didn't live up to the expectation. The food delivery took over two hours, and when the food arrived, it was just lukewarm. I ordered king crab; it was decent in size, but the meat was very bland and overcooked. The seasoning, also, was nothing more than average and did not meet expectations. The customer service was no good; they said nothing about the delay and gave a vague response when I asked them about the update of the order. If that wasn't enough, the sides were soggy and not fresh at all. I expected much more for what I had to pay. Seeing that it was such low quality and just overall horrible service, I will never order from here. Disappointed on all counts.

Poor Quality and Unprofessional
I am thoroughly disappointed with Crab Dynasty. The seafood that came was far from any expectation. I ordered crab legs, and they were rubbery, which made them tough and old-tasting. Seasonings did not coat the food even but left some areas totally without it while others were grossly salty. It took so long to get there-from 90 minutes or more over-when it arrived totally cold. Called in my complaint and was routed to the most uncaring representative I spoke to, basically to tell me that I was out of luck. Having ordered a seafood restaurant a lot, this lack of care was horrible compared with other places, wouldn't even want it for someone else, much less recommend to anyone else. What a huge waste of time and money.

Not Worth the Hype
It wasn't all that hyped, in my opinion. Crab Dynasty gets a lot of hype, yet my expectations weren't fulfilled. I had the combo with lobster and crab; my lobster was dry and tasted nothing like lobster, whereas the crab was under-seasoned. Much smaller portion sizes than what was described. The sides weren't impressive either: soggy garlic bread and corn was bland, tasting raw. It took a bit longer to arrive than I thought it would, and the items were not packed securely; some of the sauce leaked all over the bag. I did call for a refund or replacement, but got no meaningful response. I don't get the hype at all. Food was stale and service was really bad. For the price, much more was expected. Extremely disappointed and will never order again.

Overpriced and Underwhelming
I've heard so many good things about Crab Dynasty, and I've been wanting to try them. However, this one disappointed me: overpriced for the portion sizes, the crab legs were just mediocre and had tough parts, not even a good seasoning could save them. The shrimp was overcooked, the butter sauce tasteless. I also ordered the Cajun fries, which were soggy and didn't have that seasoning they had boasted of. If that wasn't enough, it took an eternity for the order to arrive, and the food was cold. It was such a complete waste of money. I called customer service, and to my disappointment, they were uncaring and didn't give any solution to rectify the situation. If you?re looking for quality seafood at a reasonable price, Crab Dynasty is not it.

Extremely Disappointing Service
I can?t believe how bad my experience with Crab Dynasty was. I placed a large order for a family gathering, but everything went wrong. First, the delivery was delayed by nearly an hour, and when the food arrived, it was cold. The crab was undercooked, the lobster tasted off, and the seasoning was non-existent. The corn on the cob was hard and tasteless, while the garlic butter sauce was thin. And if all that was not enough, the customer service I tried to reach out to was uncaring and unworthy of a customer. I was told that the delay in delivery was not their fault and that food quality was "subjective." I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and quality. I will never order from here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I am very disappointed with Crab Dynasty. The crab I got was nowhere near fresh; it was soggy, overcooked, and didn't have that rich sweet taste I know good seafood should have. I ordered the snow crab legs, and they were all cartilage, slimy in texture, with overly powerful seasoning that did not complement the crab whatsoever. It took almost two hours to deliver, and when I got the food, it was cold, like it had been kept for a long time. The sides were even worse: the mashed potatoes were watery, while the corn on the cob was burnt. When I called their customer service, they barely apologized and offered no solution. For that price, I expected much more. Never ordering again.

Terrible Experience
My order from Crab Dynasty was a complete nightmare: it was not only overpriced, but the food also turned out to be the lowest quality. The crab legs were mushy and insipid, and so was the shrimp-rubber-like. The sides turned out to be bad too: the garlic bread tasted burnt, and coleslaw was soggy and tasted stale. The delivery was a disaster, too-it took almost two hours, and when I tried to track my order, the website was down. When it arrived, food was cold and looked as if it had been long in the sun. But to top it all, I reached out to their customer service and never got a response to my complaint. Never ordering from Crab Dynasty again.

After reading all of those wonderful reviews, I just had to give Crab Dynasty a shot. Saying that I was utterly disappointed would be putting it very mild. The crab was mushy, tasteless, and underseasoned. Certain parts were super salty while others were just plain. Sides were unimpressive: fries were soggy and the corn on the cob overcooked. The food arrived so cold, and delivery took forever compared to what was estimated. I called customer service to request either a full refund or a replacement and received absolutely no helpful assistance whatsoever; instead, they acted defensively. It was truly a big disappointment in every possible way, and I just won't be ordering again.

Horrible Service and Cold Food
Well, my time with Crab Dynasty was catastrophic from start to finish. First off, my delivery was more than 45 minutes late. It arrived very well, and everything was cold and didn't look even a bit appealing. The crab was overcooked, turning into mush, the lobster some weird taste, and fries just drenched in grease with no crispiness whatsoever. I immediately called customer support, and all they basically did was act like they couldn't care less. First of all, offering a discount is surely not enough to make up for poorly prepared food combined with real bad service. I will never be ordering from here again.

I don't know where all of the great reviews are coming from, but my experience in Crab Dynasty was not good. The seafood was bland and did not have any real flavor to it. Unpleasant Dining Experience

Total Waste of Money
I am very disappointed with my order from Crab Dynasty because it didn't meet any of my expectations. The overpriced crab wasn't fresh, the shrimp was tough, and seasoning was uneven. And it came with cold, clumpy mashed potatoes and a no-taste corn on the side. The order was taking way too long; when it arrived, my food was cold, inedible. Worst Seafood Experience Ever
I ordered a huge seafood platter from Crab Dynasty, expecting to have a great feast, but what I got was utterly disappointing. The seafood was overcooked, rubbery, and tasted like it had been sitting around for far too long. The crabs were dry, flavorless, and the shrimp had this weird aftertaste. To make matters worse, they were over an hour late with the delivery, and to top it all off, the customer service people I spoke with were rude and no help whatsoever. Terrible Quality and Service
I had a horrible experience with Crab Dynasty from start to finish. It had promised fresh, high-quality crab and seafood, which were actually stale, overcooked, with no hint of freshness inside. Not content with making a catastrophe with food itself, half the things which I ordered were missing too in the delivery. In fact, it responded too late on the complaint which I placed regarding it and was ill-mannered and not professional in a response which I received back. I had to go to another restaurant to get what I had been looking for. I don't waste your money or time here!

Completely Disappointed
Sucked all the special effects of dinner out. First, the crabs were delivered cold and soggy after ordering at an outrageous cost. Seasoning was pretty bland, and tasteless sides. When I tried to reach out to customer support and express my concerns, they completely ignored me for days. The whole experience left me frustrated and really regretting my decision to order. It's hard to believe that a place with such great reviews could offer such poor food and service. I won't be back.

I got highly recommended to try Crab Dynasty's seafood, and boy, was I disappointed with the food and the service. The crabs were not well cooked, and some of the shrimps were mushy, which is a huge red flag when talking about seafood. It took longer than anticipated, and when it did arrive, the order was wrong. Overpriced and Underwhelming
I had ordered seafood feasts on special occasions, but then Crab Dynasty ruined the festivity. Crabs were dry and without flavor. The shrimp were tough and chewy, and the sides added nothing to the meal. And to top it off, the delivery was late, and when I called customer service, they dismissed my complaint and didn't care. Disappointing Flavors

My meal was overpriced and not well cooked. The crab was dry, overcooked, and tasteless. Even the sides were mediocre, and the delivery took a lot longer than expected. I even reached out to customer service with no response. I will not be recommending Crab Dynasty to anyone. What a total letdown.

Decent but Not Worth the Hype
Based on all the hype, I tried Crab Dynasty, but really, it did not live up to expectations. The crab was not bad, but that freshness of flavor that I was hoping to get wasn't there, and the sides were unimpressive. Not a bad meal, just not worth the price.

I have had crabs at many places, but this was definitely the worst. The meat was dry, tough, and did not have that great taste. The sides were equally bad, while the delivery took so much time. The worst, however, was the unresponsive customer service. I won't ever order from these guys again.
