Sometimes the communication unclear
In the end, they did get my taxes filed okay, but sometimes the communication was quite poor. There were times when I received answers that addressed only parts of the questions I had asked, and that led to delays. The online system is pretty user-friendly, but without direction, I was lost. Their pricing was fair, though customer support could definitely be better.

He was professional, yet personable and he took care of everything for me. He was able to get a surprise refund for me that I did not think I was eligible for, which more than paid for his services. Not as Expected
This was my third year using CPAs for Expats, and I wish I'd found them years ago. They're absolutely brilliant. I've tried software in the past that cost around the same as these folks but I found it incredibly frustrating and hard to do, and I'd end up getting someone to do it.
