Disappointing because of inconsistent meals

I finally decided to try Cookunity based on the great reviews, and so far, it's been less than great. I received the meals on time, but the food wasn't that good; really inconsistent. Some dishes had flavor, but others seemed to lack any seasoning whatsoever and tasted rather bland. I also had a problem with portion size?some meals just felt tiny compared to others. Also, the packaging let me down. A couple of my meals came with damaged containers, and I had to toss them out. I did email customer service regarding the situation, but they took some time to reply, and the solution was unsatisfactory. With such high prices, much more consistency should be expected with the meals, and the customer service department needs to be very cooperative. Appreciating the convenience while not being so sure of continuing with Cookunity. There are better options, at the same price in meal delivery.
