Confusing process and lack of clarity

I had been rather optimistic about using Connie Health to meet my Medicare needs; however, they really fell through. The staff was all courteous; however, the process was confusing, and I received a lot of contradictory information at times, leading me to feel they were trying to usher me along to make a decision without having proper explanations of what would happen. Also, I didn't receive timely answers to my questions, which added to frustration. Eventually, I required assistance with another advisor to finalize my plan. Expecting more professionalism and clarity, unfortunately, Connie Health did not deliver it for me.
