Pretty good experience
I ordered from ColourPop for the first time and overall, I?m really happy. The eyeshadow palette I picked was beautiful and super pigmented. Some shades had a bit of fallout, but nothing major. The lip products are my favorite?especially the lippie stix, which glide on effortlessly. I also appreciate that they offer cruelty-free options. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but customer service was responsive when I reached out. For the price point, I think the quality is great. I?ll definitely be trying more from their skincare line next. The site makes it hard not to buy more!

Shade guide was off

Poor packaging
My products came in a cute box, but inside they were just rattling around. No padding between them. One gloss tube was cracked. I was lucky nothing else broke, but it didn?t feel secure.

Affordable and fun makeup

Doesn't last long

Super impressed with quality
I wasn?t expecting much because of the price, but wow?ColourPop really surprised me. The eyeshadow palette I got was highly pigmented, and the colors stayed on all day without creasing. Even the shimmer shades looked great after hours. I also ordered a blush and lip tint, both of which applied smoothly and felt great on the skin. Not for dry or sensitive skin
I really wanted to like ColourPop, but their products just don?t work for my dry, sensitive skin. I tried the tinted moisturizer and concealer?both clung to dry patches and looked cakey within an hour. The eyeshadow palette was also too powdery and had a lot of fallout. I expected more from a brand that gets hyped so much. Customer service wasn?t helpful when I asked about returning the concealer?they directed me to a confusing return page and never followed up. It?s frustrating when a brand that markets to such a wide audience doesn?t offer clear support or helpful recommendations for different skin types. I appreciate the low prices, but honestly, I?d rather pay more for something that doesn?t irritate my skin and actually lasts throughout the day. This brand may work for others, but if you have dry or sensitive skin, I?d suggest being cautious before placing a big order.

Too much fallout

Every order has had a problem
Every time I?ve ordered from ColourPop, there?s been some kind of problem. Whether it?s broken items, incorrect shades, or huge delays, it just seems like they don?t have things under control. The packaging isn?t protective at all, so it's no surprise that pressed powders arrive damaged. Their customer service takes forever to respond, and when they do, it?s often with canned responses. The actual product formulas are okay at best. Lip products dry out too quickly, and the foundation didn?t sit well on my skin?it emphasized every pore. It?s disappointing because the brand has such fun ideas and a strong online presence, but the execution is just not there. I?ve given them multiple chances, but I?m done spending my money on a brand that can?t get basic things right. I?d rather buy from smaller companies that actually care about delivering a quality experience.

Meh? it?s just okay

The matte eyeshadows are dry and patchy. The lipsticks don?t go on smoothly. And the concealer creases almost immediately after application. I wouldn?t say everything is terrible, but I don?t think I?ve loved a single product enough to reorder it. What bothers me most is the inconsistency?some things are okay, others are really disappointing, even within the same collection. Customer service isn?t super responsive either. Looks better than it performs
I really wanted to love ColourPop. Their marketing is on point, and the products look amazing online. But once you start using them, it?s a different story. The lip products dry out my lips so badly?even the supposed moisturizing ones. The eyeshadow palettes are hit or miss. Some shades work well, but others are dusty and fade within an hour or two. I also tried their brow pencil and it was way too waxy, barely depositing any color. What really annoyed me, though, was the customer service. I sent a question about my order being delayed and got an automated response. No follow-up at all. It?s frustrating when companies grow so big they stop caring about the actual customer experience. I don?t mind paying a little more for better quality and service. ColourPop might work for some, but after several orders and multiple letdowns, I?m moving on.

Never going back to drugstore brands

Overhyped and underperforming
After hearing so much about ColourPop, I finally placed an order and was excited to try out a bunch of different products. I bought a few eyeshadow palettes, lip liners, and a highlighter. Sadly, nothing lived up to expectations. The eyeshadows were chalky and hard to build. The lip liners broke off immediately, and the highlighter was glittery in a way that emphasized texture on my skin. I also experienced shipping issues?it took over two weeks, and I got very little in terms of tracking updates. One palette even came slightly cracked, though I didn?t bother going through customer service since I?d heard they?re slow to respond. Overall, the brand seems more about trendy packaging than functional makeup. If you?re a teen or just experimenting for fun, maybe it?s worth trying, but for anyone who wants long-lasting, dependable products, I?d recommend going with something more reliable. Disappointed with the overall experience

Cute packaging, but product quality is lacking
I?ve ordered from ColourPop twice now, and both times I ended up disappointed. The packaging is adorable and everything looks great on the website, but the actual product quality just doesn?t hold up. The eyeshadows in my palette looked beautiful in the pan, but they had very little pigmentation and were hard to blend without looking muddy. The lip gloss I ordered was sticky and didn?t apply evenly no matter how I prepped my lips. I also tried the Pretty Fresh tinted moisturizer and it separated on my skin within two hours. I really wanted to like this brand because of the prices and creative collections, but it just doesn?t work for me. If you're someone who?s into packaging and novelty items, you might enjoy it. But for performance, especially if you?re expecting professional or even decent wear, there are better options available. This brand just isn?t consistent enough for me.

Extremely slow shipping and poor communication

Great colors, shipping could be faster

Average pigmentation
The matte eyeshadows weren?t very pigmented. I had to keep building them up to get any real color. They look nice in the pan, but not so much on the eyelid.

Good quality for the price
You really can?t go wrong with ColourPop if you?re looking for good quality on a budget. I?ve tried their foundation, concealer, lip gloss, and highlighter so far, and I?ve been happy with all of it. My only minor complaint is that some of the packaging feels lightweight, but that?s not a big deal. The formulas work well for my skin, and I?ve never had a reaction or irritation. I also love that they?re cruelty-free. Overall, I?m happy with the value and the performance. I?ll definitely continue shopping with them?especially during sales, when the deals are unbeatable.

Very good but shades can vary
I?m happy with most of what I?ve bought from ColourPop. The quality is solid, and the pricing is hard to beat. The lip glosses are smooth and not sticky at all, which I love. The eyeshadows are vibrant, although a few shades looked different in person than online. I guess that?s expected sometimes. Amazing for experimenting
