Great for Crypto Trading

I have used Coinbase for my cryptocurrency trade over a year now and it has been a quite positive experience. The interface is easy to handle, the transaction goes smoothly, and it is quite secure. Of course, fees are higher than some other exchanges, but, personally, I feel that such security and simplicity are worth it. I?ve never had any issues with customer service, and I feel confident storing my funds on the platform. If you?re looking for a reliable exchange, Coinbase is a great option. I?d give it five stars if the fees were lower, but overall, I?m satisfied with the service.

Unreasonably High Fees

I have been using Coinbase for about three months now. The platform is really easy to navigate, but the fee charged by Coinbase is just too high. Every time I made a transaction, I felt like a big slice of my money was being taken away by the fees. Other exchanges have much lower fees to offer for the same level of service. Add to this that I have had a couple of issues with customer support. The response times are too long, and the answers are auto-generated and pointless. For such a platform with high fees, I should be expecting excellent customer support and a smoother experience altogether. The interface is fluid, but that doesn't make it worth all these charges. I can switch to so many other alternatives easily; hence, that's probably what I'm going to do. It's really disappointing since I had great expectations when I first started using Coinbase.

Perfect for Crypto Trading

This is my go-to cryptocurrency trading platform; I found nothing but satisfaction in it. It's so easy to navigate around through the app to buy or sell crypto currencies. I like the security in the Coinbase account. Never have had a problem with one of my accounts being accessed by someone else and all transactions done are fast. The fees are too high, but for the level of security and ease of use, I can tolerate some extra cost here. I also had good experiences with their customer service. They were very timely and informative when ever I asked for anything. Overall, Coinbase is a super platform for any serious crypto trader interested in security and reliability. I highly recommend it to both beginners and great professionals.

Locked without Explanation

I was using Coinbase for a long time, but they just locked it one day without any sort of explanation. Nothing is more shocking than that lock at a time when, after having followed all the procedures to verify my identity and confirm that my account was secure, I had been following due procedure. The customer support I contacted was giving me a generic response, taking several days just to get that. Funds are simply locked up, and I have no chance of getting to them or making transactions. This has been extremely stressful, and I am pretty disappointed at the lack of transparency on how Coinbase handled this case. Of course, security is important; however, they should have done better in clarifying and explaining issues to their users. They leave me here waiting for clear direction on how to resolve this situation. As such, this incident has robbed me of any trust I could ever have with that platform, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great for Crypto Management

Great platform to manage a cryptocurrency portfolio. The interface is clean and user-friendly, very easy to track all my assets. The transaction process is fast, so I never faced any problems in deposit or withdrawal. I appreciate the great level of security it gives me. The fees are a bit steep; however, I am okay with them since I have them into considering how convenient and safe the system is. Fees Are Too High

The fees on Coinbase are far too high. I have used other services with prices that are but a fraction of what Coinbase charges, and all have been just as secure as Coinbase. I also had a problem wherein a withdrawal was delayed, and it took several days before it's addressed. Not for a serious trader.

Best for Beginners

Coinbase is a great service for a newcomer to crypto, so to speak. The application is intuitive; it is simple and easy to use; I think, pretty not very complicated. I've never had issues with transactions and everything went smooth and fast. The security systems in place are quite solid, so I feel no shiver of fright about keeping my money on the platform. The fees are a bit on the high side, but I do not mind paying for the reliability and peace of mind. Coinbase would surely be recommended to anybody trying to get started with crypto.

Reliable Platform with Some Fees

I have used Coinbase for nearly a year now, and it has really been a reliable platform for my crypto trades. It's really easy to use, and the security of my funds has never been a problem. My transactions have always been processed very fast, and I have never encountered any issues in buying or selling cryptocurrencies. Here, the inconvenience is in the charge, which goes higher than on some other exchanges, but for me, convenience and security stand for all of the shortcomings. Too Many Problems

I've had far too many issues with Coinbase to recommend this option. Between fees being too high, slow transaction times, and terrible customer service, it's just not worth it. It took nearly a week to resolve an issue with a transaction with them. That's it for using this platform, though-I'm moving on to something better.

When I raised the matter to customer support, it took nearly a week to get a response, and even that couldn't provide an easy solution. I managed to get my money back only after a tremendous amount of stress. As such, I paid for a platform that has such a high fee, so one would expect much better customer service. The security is fantastic; however, the lack of proper support really makes me wonder whether it's worthwhile sticking with Coinbase. There are many other platforms with far lower fees and better customer service. If Coinbase doesn't improve their support team, I'll be moving my funds elsewhere.

Terrible Customer Support

To say the least, it was frustrating that my whole experience with Coinbase went awry. I had made just one transaction where, according to my account details, large sums of money went missing. So, I called up the customer support, and that was a nightmare; it took days before getting even a reply, and the reply was pretty vague, not sorting out my problem at all. I continued to follow up with questions, but it felt like passing the buck. It takes the proper support to make me really cautious to continue using this platform. What's worse, fees in this platform are higher than most other exchanges, which is a drawback. I can understand that to keep the website running, they have bound to incur some fees; however, coupled with the kind of lousy service they offer, I just feel they're milking users for more. I will be moving to a different exchange that would value customer service more.

Secure and Efficient

Coinbase is a decent trading crypto site, depending on what you find important. I have used it for a few months with zero problems at all when it came to completing transactions. Their application isn't the most complicated to operate with and basically allows you to get started with trading crypto no matter what your background is. The reasons Coinbase obtains top stars in security. Up to this point, I have traded on a number of different exchanges but have never felt this secure as I do on Coinbase. Constant Verification Issues

Coinbase once had so much promise, but I have found to have continuous issues with their verification process. I get frustrated every time I have to re-verify myself with every transaction. This is very frustrating, mostly when I am trying to make some quick trade but end up being delayed for hours. There is a customer service support team that does not understand the problem and keeps on repeating the same unhelpful response. Charges are very high, which makes the whole process seem rather a time waste and money waste. This has made me miss opportunities to invest because I feel like the delays are due to quite constant delays. I thought I was paying for convenience, and Coinbase has not been convenient for me.

Not Worth Paying Such Fees

I started using Coinbase because of all the good things said about the platform, which was somehow easy to use for a beginner and secure. Well, after three months or so, I am not that impressed. The prices are as high as anywhere else, and it's literally sucking the money out from the investments pretty fast. To top off that, I've had a couple of problems with delayed transactions, so perhaps the reliability of this place is questionable, too. When I tried to inquire through the customer support system for why my funds were taking so long to transfer, I was given a generic reply, which did not help much. For the charges collected in terms of fees, much better service and quicker transaction times are expected. The advanced features on the platform seem to be missing, and other exchanges which compete with XtraBTC provide them. I am extremely unsatisfied and am thinking of moving to another exchange, where my money seems to get a better value from the money that it costs me.

High Fees and Poor Support

Service charges are extreme on Coinbase. Expecting a pretty user-friendly interface, for these 'crazy' fees, I don't feel it's worth the money. Whenever my transaction did not move but it was supposed to, customer care took days to respond. I have taken my funds elsewhere because this platform is too pricey. Coinbase does not offer that much for crypto traders since the fees are too high and the support is very unresponsive.

Great but High Fees

Overall, I have been really okay with Coinbase. The ease of use in this service is proven by the fact that getting it working feels as easy as pie; in addition, the security measures help me to feel comfortable enough while using it. However, the fees here are quite high, thus forcing me to take one star back from a five-star rating. Still, my transactions never had an issue, and the application runs just fine. A good one for new users; actually, for those more into security than cutting off cost. And I would also forward it to friends but would also caution them about the fees. Terrible for Advanced Traders

Being a professional trader, I would say that Coinbase is short in so many key areas. The service is very basic and does not have much to offer when it comes to sophisticated trade facilities. Then there are the fees being charged on every transaction, which are indeed ridiculously high. I have experience with other platforms that offer better services at a fraction of the costs. Another issue was a failure of one of my trades that did not go in correctly, and when I logged a complaint to the customer support center, the reply given was soft and did not really solve the problem. So this bad mix of bad advanced features and worst of all, very poor customer service, makes this platform the worst place any serious crypto trader ever wants to arrive at. I'm going to switch to another more functional and supportive platform.

Reliable but Expensive

I've utilized quite a number of platforms when it comes to trading in cryptocurrencies, but I would say Coinbase is probably one of the most reliable that I have ever used. The interface is clean, and managing your crypto is easy. Moreover, I have never had any security issues and feel my funds are safe always. Great Platform with Some Downsides

I have been using Coinbase for a few months now. It is, in general, a great platform, but has some downsides. Although it's pretty easy to use the interface, trading is never simpler than with such an interface, and yet, even for those with little technological savvy, such as myself. Of course, it includes excellent security features, and I was never confronted with some safety-related issues concerning my account funds. The fees are a bit too high-it's my one and only complaint-and I have to observe that fees do make quite a cut in my investments when dealing with smaller transactions. Despite this, I use Coinbase basically because of its reliability and security. I have also been fine with the service team that answers the complaints and queries from users. It is a good site generally but perhaps not perfect in view of the fee issues that may choke some people in their throat. For one who wants a secure and user-friendly experience, I will still recommend the site to you.

Security, but at What Cost?

I appreciate that Coinbase focuses on security, but at what expense? Fees here are through the roof compared to other platforms. At this point, I don't feel it's worth the compromise. Sure, my funds are secure, but through fees, I'm losing so much money that it becomes hard to come up with a valid reason for staying. Another issue is the verification procedure. I understand that security should be tight, but due to a problem with my identification, I was locked out for nearly a week. It became a nightmare trying to contact customer support at those times. I didn't get much help and had to find a way to solve the problem myself mostly. While well and good for a newcomer, all these issues make me wonder if I should stay at Coinbase. I am seriously contemplating transferring all my funds elsewhere.

Great Site for Long-Term Use

I've worked with Coinbase now for over two years, and I can honestly say this has all been a very positive experience. It is very user-friendly, and security is number one. For me, sincerely, the most important aspect is to be highly confident that my funds are safe. The process of transaction is very smooth and fast, and there was never an issue with any delay or lost funds. Therefore, whereas the fees are a bit higher, I feel that ease and security are worth it. I also appreciate the customer support, which is very responsive and helpful in case I need it. The platform is great for long-term crypto trading. I like it for beginners and more advanced users. This added security aspect makes it a trustworthy option.

Terrible Support

One of my transfers took days to clear through and the customer service was absolutely useless. They just left me waiting with no explanation, and it took so long. The charges are just too high for a company that charges like Coinbase; you should expect much better service. I'm switching platforms.

Excellent for New Users

Coinbase is a great option for people who are new to cryptocurrencies; it's very easy to use and good with no problem at all in making transactions. Security measures on the app are great, and I would feel safe keeping my funds here. Fees seem a little higher, but it already outweighs it by being beginner-friendly and safe.

Reliable Exchange

Coinbase is easy and relatively hassle-free for anyone new to crypto. I have used this one for over a year, with only minor hang-ups or short-term outages. I don't really care that I pay a little more in fees than using some other exchanges, but the security certainly makes up for it.

Terrible for Advanced Traders

Being a professional trader, I would say that Coinbase is short in so many key areas. The service is very basic and does not have much to offer when it comes to sophisticated trade facilities. Then there are the fees being charged on every transaction, which are indeed ridiculously high. I have experience with other platforms that offer better services at a fraction of the costs. Another issue was a failure of one of my trades that did not go in correctly, and when I logged a complaint to the customer support center, the reply given was soft and did not really solve the problem. So this bad mix of bad advanced features and worst of all, very poor customer service, makes this platform the worst place any serious crypto trader ever wants to arrive at. I'm going to switch to another more functional and supportive platform.

Worst Experience

I was quite hopeful about Coinbase, but my experience has been terribly disappointing. Fees are more extreme compared to all other competitors. I kind of think I am losing money with almost every transaction. And then there's an issue with my account, where funds remained in the pending status for a few days. The customer support made no contribution whatsoever. They took their sweet time to reply and even when they replied, the answer wasn't very helpful either. I am now on another platform with much fewer fees and far better customer services. I would not recommend Coinbase to anyone who's serious about managing their cryptocurrency investment right.

Security, but at What Cost?

I appreciate that Coinbase focuses on security, but at what expense? Fees here are through the roof compared to other platforms. At this point, I don't feel it's worth the compromise. Sure, my funds are secure, but through fees, I'm losing so much money that it becomes hard to come up with a valid reason for staying. Another issue is the verification procedure. I understand that security should be tight, but due to a problem with my identification, I was locked out for nearly a week. It became a nightmare trying to contact customer support at those times. I didn't get much help and had to find a way to solve the problem myself mostly. While well and good for a newcomer, all these issues make me wonder if I should stay at Coinbase. I am seriously contemplating transferring all my funds elsewhere.

Great for Crypto Beginners

Easy Transactions

Secure and Reliable

I used Coinbase for over a year now, and so far, it has been pretty very satisfying in my usage experience. The interface is easy to use, even for not-too-tech-savvy. Another thing that really gives me a bang for my buck is its quite high security level. One never worries about losing any funds, and the app is highly reliable for transactions to begin with. The only con of this platform, however, was that the fees were a tad steeper than other competing platforms, but I felt it's worth the extra because of added security and ease. I did have to contact customer care a few times; they both responded promptly and were so helpful. Overall, I really enjoyed having Coinbase and would most definitely recommend this for anyone who seeks an easy, safe, and good trading platform for cryptocurrencies. The high fees are worth it for the sense of security and reliability it brings.

Constant Verification Issues

Coinbase once had so much promise, but I have found to have continuous issues with their verification process. I get frustrated every time I have to re-verify myself with every transaction. This is very frustrating, mostly when I am trying to make some quick trade but end up being delayed for hours. There is a customer service support team that does not understand the problem and keeps on repeating the same unhelpful response. Charges are very high, which makes the whole process seem rather a time waste and money waste. This has made me miss opportunities to invest because I feel like the delays are due to quite constant delays. I thought I was paying for convenience, and Coinbase has not been convenient for me.

Safe and easy

I have been using Coinbase for the past year, and overall, it has been a great experience. The system is very simple to navigate for anyone who is not an expert in cryptocurrencies like me. Security features are good, and I have never had the feeling that my funds were at risk. Every transaction has really been processed quite promptly and without problems. Only drawback I have faced so far is the rather high fees, which can get annoying sometimes, especially when performing small transactions. However, I take it as a charge for security and peace of mind - almost worth paying for in my view. Support has also been quite responsive if I have a problem; that's definitely a bonus. If you are looking for a user-friendly platform with very good security, Coinbase is the way, and you just have to be ready to pay a bit more on the fees compared to the other exchanges.

Not Worth Paying Such Fees

I started using Coinbase because of all the good things said about the platform, which was somehow easy to use for a beginner and secure. Well, after three months or so, I am not that impressed. The prices are as high as anywhere else, and it's literally sucking the money out from the investments pretty fast. To top off that, I've had a couple of problems with delayed transactions, so perhaps the reliability of this place is questionable, too. When I tried to inquire through the customer support system for why my funds were taking so long to transfer, I was given a generic reply, which did not help much. For the charges collected in terms of fees, much better service and quicker transaction times are expected. The advanced features on the platform seem to be missing, and other exchanges which compete with XtraBTC provide them. I am extremely unsatisfied and am thinking of moving to another exchange, where my money seems to get a better value from the money that it costs me.

Simple for New Users

One of those beginners in the world of cryptocurrency found Coinbase to be super easy to understand. The interface is easy, and it makes me feel very safe. If only fees were a little lesser, all good for the sense of security and convenience it brings along.

Great Experience

I have used Coinbase for all my crypto tradeings; it has been great. The interface is clean and easy to use, the transaction processing is quick, and the strength of security is reassuring. The fees are a little higher as compared to some competitors, but overall, it is reliable. Most definitely would recommend it to newcomers!

Best for Beginners and Security

Coinbase has been great on which to do my first trades as a first-time cryptocurrency user. It has an intuitive interface; the account setup and my first trades were not at all intimidating. I probably appreciate the security the most. Coinbase just takes it so seriously, and I have never had issues with my funds being involved. The transactions are very fast, and I have not had any kind of delays. Fees a bit higher on some platforms, but I feel like I'm paying for peace of mind that my funds are safe. Customer support has also been pretty helpful when I have had questions. Overall, I am very satisfied with Coinbase and recommend it to anyone, especially those who are new to cryptocurrency trading, which gives a secure and reliable platform to get started on.

Seamless Transactions

I have been using Coinbase for quite some time now. Over all the experience has been great, especially in terms of seamless transactions and ease of use in the platform. Not Worth the Fees

Coinbase is very user-friendly, but the fees made it not worth at all. I lost so much money just in fees alone. The customer service also is longer in response, which has been such a huge hassle. I'm thinking of switching to another exchange.

Easy to Use but Expensive

I have been using Coinbase for several months now, and my overall experience has been great. The platform is so easy to use. With this platform, transactions can be completed very quickly. My main problem is the fees, that are higher compared to other places I have used previously. However, this is excellent security, and I really feel at ease when considering my funds are kept safe. The customer support team has also been responsive so far. I never had a major problem that wasn't resolved in time. Despite the fees, I find Coinbase excellent for anybody who values security as well as making things easy over trading with cryptocurrencies.

Unresponsive Support

The worst customer support system that I've ever come across at Coinbase. Took days to receive a response from someone, and even in the solution given, it didn't help me. The fees being charged are far too high in exchange for the kind of service they have been providing me. I will not be using this platform again.

Suitable for Beginners

Reliable and Secure

Coinbase has been trustworthy for me for over a year now. The app is really user-friendly, and I appreciate the safety that protects my money. Ideal for Novice

So far, I find Coinbase to be really great as an initial leaping point for those interested in trading cryptocurrencies. It's not complicated to understand, so I made it quickly. Also, I didn't spend much time getting the gist of things. I like how the platform feels safe; I don't have a problem with the funds, and the fees are a bit higher compared to the other exchanges, but the usability compensates for this. Terrible Customer Support

To say the least, it was frustrating that my whole experience with Coinbase went awry. I had made just one transaction where, according to my account details, large sums of money went missing. So, I called up the customer support, and that was a nightmare; it took days before getting even a reply, and the reply was pretty vague, not sorting out my problem at all. I continued to follow up with questions, but it felt like passing the buck. It takes the proper support to make me really cautious to continue using this platform. What's worse, fees in this platform are higher than most other exchanges, which is a drawback. I can understand that to keep the website running, they have bound to incur some fees; however, coupled with the kind of lousy service they offer, I just feel they're milking users for more. I will be moving to a different exchange that would value customer service more.
