Unprofessional and Unreliable
"I regret that I hired Clutter for my move. The movers were late and disorganized. They were in a rush and came across as inexperienced, so I lost a couple of pieces that got scratched and damaged. To add insult to injury, the company didn't keep me on schedule for my storage delivery. When I called to ask, I got vague answers. I had far better moving experiences elsewhere. I would not recommend Clutter to anyone seeking reliability and professionalism."

Disappointing Experience with Delivery
"I was expecting big things from Clutter, but my experience wasn't smooth sailing. While the pickup was punctual, it took more than a week to get my delivery. The communication was terrible, and when I finally got my stuff, it was damaged. Their customer support was useless, and it took me multiple follow-ups before they gave me answers. I had higher expectations given the price tag. Not worth it at all for the inconvenience and delay."
