Disappointing Experience Overall

They offered no resolution, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the product quality didn?t meet my expectations, and the website had misleading product descriptions. What?s more disappointing is how they handled my complaint?just a generic response with no effort to make things right. After spending so much money, I expected a better level of service and care. I really wanted to like club420.com, but after my recent purchase, I don?t think I?ll be coming back. First off, the delivery was far slower than advertised?it took almost two weeks for my items to arrive. When I opened the package, one of the products was missing, and the others didn?t match the descriptions on the website. I reached out to their support team multiple times, and it took forever for them to get back to me, and even then, they were not very helpful. The quality of the products I received was subpar, and I felt like I wasted my money. On top of that, I was charged extra shipping fees without prior notice. I?ve had much better experiences with other online shops in the same industry. Very disappointing overall, and I don?t plan to give them another chance.
