I wasn't impressed with the look, and my installer was totally unprofessional. I had to wait weeks for any corrections. In the end, I don't feel as though I got my money's worth. I won't be using them in the future.

Disappointing Customer Service
I experienced several delays during the course of the project, and even after the last installation was complete, there were still design errors. The worst part was customer service?nobody called or emailed me back in a reasonable amount of time. It was like after they got their money, I wasn't a priority anymore. It was frustrating overall and made me feel like I didn't receive the value for the money.

Not What I Expected
Unfortunately, my experience with Closet Factory fell short of my expectations. The consultation up front was wonderful, but when the product finally arrived, it did not meet what was discussed. There were a few design elements left out, and I had to place multiple calls to make changes. The experience was far more stressful than expected, and I wish I would have used a different company. The closet looks okay, but it's not at all what I wanted.

Subpar Quality and Overpriced
I hired Closet Factory through good reviews, but I was let down. The materials used for my closet were low-grade for the cost I paid. The installation was hasty, and there were some misalignments. For what I paid, I could have expected better craftsmanship and attention to detail. The closet gets the job done, but I feel like I didn't quite get my money's worth.

Delayed Service and Poor Communication
I had great expectations for Closet Factory, but things did not go as planned. The consultation was fine at first, but the communication later on was terrible. I had to chase them numerous times for progress reports. The delivery took more than two weeks late, and when it was finally delivered, there were some variations in the design. More professionalism was expected for the price they charged. I don't know if I'll trust them in the future for other projects.

Disappointed with the Installation
I was eager at first about Closet Factory's service, but the installation was frustrating. The designer didn't include some of my specifications, and the installers were late. Upon installation, there were several things that weren't fitting properly and operating well with the shelves. The customer service was a little late to resolve my issues, leaving me disappointed with the overall process. For the price that I paid, I would have liked to see more attention to detail and communication.
