Too many mistakes to ignore
Honestly, this whole thing was exhausting. The rep I was assigned didn?t seem to understand my financials, and there were too many back-and-forth emails about documents they?d already received. Long delays without explanation

Repeated document errors
I had to correct my documents three different times because of errors they made. One time they even misspelled my name on legal paperwork. That didn?t inspire confidence. The team was polite but clearly overwhelmed or disorganized. If I wasn?t on top of everything, I don?t think the refinance would?ve happened at all.

Miscommunication from the start
They told me I was approved and everything was moving forward, but then I was asked for more paperwork repeatedly. It felt like they didn?t really know what they needed. The person I worked with changed mid-process and I had to re-explain everything. Super frustrating. The interest rate ended up being slightly higher than what was initially quoted too. Felt ignored during the process

Unclear fees and slow response
