Denied with no explanation after approval
I was initially told I was approved and matched to a lender. The Clarify rep congratulated me, sent over some terms to review, and I was just waiting to sign. Then suddenly, the offer was gone. No real explanation?just a generic email saying the lender had ?changed their terms? and my application was no longer active. I asked for clarification and got no helpful response. It felt incredibly unprofessional. I had informed my vendor I?d have funding by the end of the week, and this left me scrambling. They should have been upfront that it wasn?t a guaranteed approval. The way they handled the situation showed a lack of respect for their client?s time and planning. Promising someone funds and then vanishing is not just frustrating?it?s disruptive. I would not use Clarify Capital again after this. It was a complete waste of time and caused real damage to my operations.

Unclear communication and shifting details

However, once the paperwork came, there were fees I hadn?t been told about and the repayment structure had changed. When I questioned this, the answers I got were vague and didn?t really help. It felt like my questions were being brushed off. I expected professional, upfront service but got confusing emails and shifting information instead. What should have taken two days dragged into nearly a week, and by then I was no longer confident in the loan or the team handling it. I backed out before signing, but the time I lost waiting on updates really set my business back. I wouldn?t say they?re scammers, but I definitely wouldn?t use them again without major changes to how they communicate.

Poor follow-through and no support
After filling out the application and speaking with a representative, I was told I?d be pre-approved. I submitted all required documents the same day, and then? nothing. No follow-up, no emails, and no calls. I tried reaching out to the rep multiple times and eventually got a short reply saying they were ?waiting on underwriting.? After several days, I asked again and was told my file was closed due to incomplete documents?though I?d sent everything twice. The worst part? They didn?t even bother to notify me. I lost valuable time thinking this loan was moving forward. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Their team was nice at the start, but as soon as things got complicated, they disappeared. This is not how business financing should work. Lack of accountability and extremely poor communication. I regret trusting them and wouldn?t recommend their services to anyone looking for fast, reliable capital.

It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. The whole process dragged on longer than they promised. I was told I?d be funded in 48 hours, but it ended up taking over a week. I had to keep calling to get updates. Honestly, I expected more professionalism. I went with Clarify because of all the glowing reviews, but my experience didn?t match those at all. The team was polite, but the actual loan experience left a sour taste. Would not recommend unless they improve transparency and stop rushing people through final agreements without real clarity.
