Stellar Performance and Customer Care
I just can't praise Choice Home Warranty enough for their stellar service about our oven that stopped working right before a big family gathering. Fearing the worst, I called their service line, from which a representative quickly put my mind at ease by reassuring me that it would all be handled as promptly as possible. A technician did come out the next day, very skilled and also extremely polite, considering our situation. He fixed the oven quicker than I thought possible to get our big family event back on track. The level of care and efficiency provided by CHW made what could have been a stressful situation very manageable.

Thorough and Dependable
I have been a customer of Choice Home Warranty for over five years, and every experience has been nothing but great. Just last month, when our central heating system broke down suddenly, the gravity of the situation was realized by the customer service representative by expediting the dispatch of a technician. Sure enough, in a couple of hours, the professional arrived, diagnosed the problem, and managed to do such a repair that by evening our system was up and running. The thing that impressed me was that the technician took the time to explain in understandable terms what the problem was, not to mention shared some of the tips for maintenance with me to avoid such situations in the future. Such thoroughness in service and reliability means that year after year, I have renewed our warranty.

Above and Beyond Service
When the refrigerator started making weird noises and malfunctioning, I was worried about what would happen with all the groceries stored inside, not to mention the headache of getting it repaired. I called CHW, and they answered promptly. Not only did their technician arrive the very next morning, but he was also very polite and considerate of our home environment. He was able to diagnose a very complicated compressor problem and have the needed parts shipped promptly. Secondly, he scheduled the installation follow-up. He kept us informed throughout the entire process of when the repairs were going to be performed, and he returned our refrigerator to operating condition with little disruption to our lifestyle. Truly, this was beyond my expectations of any home warranty service.

Dependable and Professional Each Time
