Verification cause account Flag and too much time in Withdrawal

CEX.IO started off fine, but after two months of trading without any issues, my account was suddenly flagged for suspicious activity, and my funds were frozen. I contacted customer support, and they requested more verification documents, even though I had already completed the KYC process. It took nearly a month to resolve the issue, and the withdrawals were slow and expensive. I?m not sure if I can trust CEX.IO again after this experience.

A Secure and Easy-to-Use Exchange

CEX.IO is among the very best exchanges I have used ever. The platform is really quite easy to maneuver, whether you use the desktop or the mobile app. I have been using it for about a year now; however, since my experience so far has been positive, I haven't encountered any significant issues with using the exchanges. The verification process was fast, and at that point in time, I was satisfied that there were security measures in place. I liked that you could stake; it's helped me build a bit of extra wealth on some of my crypto holdings. Best Exchange for Security and User Experience

I have traded on lots of crypto platforms for a while now, but CEX.IO has really been the most secure and user-friendly exchange that I have ever come across. Security is important because there's two-factor authentication and quite a pretty robust identity verification process, of course. For someone who prioritizes the safety of his funds, I really appreciate what they're doing to make sure that all accounts here are secured. The interface of the platform is pretty intuitive. I was never really confronted with issues in terms of navigating it itself. Whether I'm using the mobile application or the desktop version, the experience is very smooth and fine-tuned. I also appreciate the speed of transactions; it is especially in comparison with other types of exchanges wherein transactions usually kept me waiting. Another area where CEX.IO excels is in customer support. Although at one point, I had a minor issue when there was some kind of delay with the appearance of one deposit on my balance, after contacting customer support, it was resolved soon after. They were really professional, polite, and courteous throughout this process, which gave me the confidence that they could easily deal with problems. Overall, it has set a very high bar for expectations from a crypto exchange, and I am happy to have found this platform worthy of my trust.

Great Mobile App

The worst experience with verification and customer support

Terrible Verification Process and Fees

Even after that, the trading fees were higher than on other platforms I?ve used, and the withdrawal process was slow.
