Terrible Follow-Up
After I signed the retainer, everything just slowed to a crawl. They barely followed up with me, and I had to initiate every call and email. When I finally did speak to someone, they seemed completely unaware of the details of my case. The worst part? They didn?t even submit one of the documents on time, and I wasn?t told until I asked for an update. That delay ended up setting my case back several weeks. They kept blaming the system or other factors, but I felt like they weren?t being honest. Also, I got charged extra for something I never agreed to. When I brought it up, they were dismissive and rude. I had to go back and forth for weeks to even get partial clarity. Complete lack of professionalism. If you care about communication, attention to detail, or respect for your time, look elsewhere.

Couldn?t Trust the Process
At first, everything seemed great. But once the case began, I felt left out of the process. I was rarely updated unless I called first. When I had questions, the responses were vague and felt like they were just trying to get me off the phone. I also felt like they didn?t take time to understand my case properly. There was a point where they sent incorrect info to the court, which delayed my case and made me look careless. Their apology was half-hearted. I also saw a lack of consistency in their advice. What one lawyer told me conflicted with what someone else said. It became difficult to know who to trust or what to do. The experience left me anxious and uncertain. Not what you want when dealing with important legal issues. They need to seriously improve how they communicate and coordinate internally.

More Stress Than Help
Reaching out to Century Law Firm was supposed to make things easier. Instead, I was left constantly stressed and uncertain. Uncaring and Inconsistent
I didn?t feel like anyone at Century Law Firm actually cared about my case. They were warm during the consultation, but once I signed, it was hard to even get a response. I would send emails asking for help and get no reply for days. Then when they finally answered, it was like they didn?t even read my message. They once gave me a document that had someone else?s name on it. That?s how careless they were. I felt completely unsupported. When I voiced concerns about communication gaps, they were defensive instead of helpful. At that point, I just wanted to end the service. They made the process even more difficult by delaying the cancellation. The stress they caused me was worse than the legal issue I came to them for. No accountability, no empathy, and no respect for their clients. Huge mistake choosing them.

Overpriced and Underwhelming
After reading positive reviews, I had high hopes. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what was promised. I was quoted a fee during the initial consultation, but as the case moved forward, unexpected charges kept showing up. Every time I called to ask about these charges, I was passed around or told someone would ?get back to me.? Spoiler: they didn?t. Also, there was a complete lack of urgency on their part. Important court dates were almost missed because they failed to inform me on time. I had to scramble last minute to get things together. Honestly, I would have been better off doing things on my own. I regret trusting them with my case and even more so for the amount of money spent for very little actual help. The whole thing felt like a sales pitch turned sour. I will not be returning or referring anyone.

Took My Money, Then Disappeared
Everything was fine until I made my first payment. After that, it became nearly impossible to get a straight answer or even a returned phone call. I kept getting vague responses from different people. They told me things were moving forward, but nothing ever did. It felt like they had no plan or urgency. I had to call five times just to confirm my documents were received. Even worse, when I did get someone on the line, they barely knew the details of my case. I ended up pulling my file and going with another firm, which meant I lost money. What started as a hopeful experience turned into a frustrating and expensive lesson. If you want accountability and clear communication, look somewhere else. This firm might be big, but they didn?t treat my case with any seriousness. Waste of time and energy.

I had to ask multiple times just to get confirmation that documents had been filed. When I asked for clarity, I got generic or confusing replies. There were also surprise charges I didn?t agree to. Lost My Case Info
I was shocked when I called for an update and they couldn?t find my case file. After being passed between multiple departments, I was told that my paperwork had been misplaced. Seriously? For a legal firm to lose documents and give no explanation is unacceptable. They acted like it wasn?t a big deal, but this caused delays that affected me financially. Their careless attitude really frustrated me. I had to resend everything and then still wait weeks to hear anything. Their excuse was ?we?re experiencing a backlog.? That?s not my problem. I paid for a service, and they failed on basic handling. Communication after that was still poor. They didn?t make up for their mistake in any way. No discount, no priority treatment, nothing. Just a weak apology. If you want accountability or professionalism, look elsewhere. I?m still shocked at how disorganized they are.

I chose Century Law Firm thinking they?d make things easier. What I got instead was delay after delay. My paperwork was submitted late twice. I had to follow up constantly just to get basic updates. No one seemed to know what was happening with my file, and I was told conflicting things every time I called. There were even times when they claimed to have sent documents I never received. Their internal systems seem to be very disorganized. I had to resend documents more than once, which slowed things down even more. For the amount they charge, I expected at least competent handling of my case. I had to ask multiple times for a breakdown of my payment, and even that wasn?t very clear. The biggest problem with Century Law Firm is how poorly they manage their clients and workload. It took multiple emails and phone calls just to confirm someone was assigned to my case. Once I finally spoke with someone, they didn?t even know what step we were on. It was beyond frustrating. This lack of structure showed in their work, too. A Complete Letdown
This was easily one of the worst experiences I?ve had with a professional service. From the start, I was given false hope. The lawyer during the consultation told me my issue would be resolved within two months. Six months later, not only was it still unresolved, but there was barely any progress made. I received generic email replies that didn?t even address my concerns. Phone calls were either ignored or rushed. I even got told I would receive a callback?which never came. After three weeks of no updates, I asked to speak with someone senior. I was denied. There was no ownership of mistakes and no accountability. I ended up hiring a different law firm to take over. What a waste of money and time. It?s one thing to run into delays?but it?s another to leave clients in the dark. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Frustrating and Costly
My experience with Century Law Firm was nothing short of a headache. It started out with long wait times and continued with billing issues. I was quoted one price during the consultation, but additional charges kept appearing with little explanation. The team rarely returned my calls on time, and I had to resend documents several times due to "missing" information on their end. It felt like they weren?t even reading my case properly. I even caught a mistake in the paperwork they submitted?thankfully before it caused more problems. It was very unprofessional. They seemed overwhelmed and spread too thin, and I felt like just another file on their desk. This was a very important case for me, and I left feeling dismissed and overcharged. I honestly expected better service from a firm that promotes itself as being client-centered. Regret using them, and wouldn't go back.

Chaotic from the Beginning
The entire process with Century Law Firm was full of confusion and mixed messages. I spoke with three different people who all gave me different instructions. It was difficult to get a consistent answer. I had to double-check every step they told me to take because I didn?t trust the information anymore. There were also delays in paperwork being filed, which they blamed on system errors, but it didn?t sound convincing. They told me they?d send a document overnight?it came a week later. The customer service was poor, and the professionalism was lacking. I expected better, especially after reading the positive reviews. This felt more like a disorganized office than a professional legal team. I wouldn?t risk going through that kind of mess again. Very frustrating experience overall.

Worst Service I?ve Ever Had
I rarely write reviews, but I had to speak up after dealing with Century Law Firm. From the beginning, I was misled. They told me my case would be quick and easy. That wasn?t the case at all. My calls went unanswered, my emails ignored, and I felt like I had no one in my corner. When I finally got a reply, it was short and not helpful at all. Even simple questions were met with vague responses. At one point, I wasn?t even sure if anyone was working on my file. I tried escalating my concerns but got no resolution. I ended up having to hire someone else to fix what they failed to do. The stress, the time lost, and the money spent?none of it was worth it. Stay away if you value your time and sanity. Worst customer service I?ve ever received from a professional service.

Misleading Promises
At first, they were all about helping and getting results. But after I signed the paperwork, the enthusiasm disappeared. The team handling my case never provided the kind of support I was promised. I would email with questions and get no response for days. When someone finally replied, it was usually a vague message or redirect. They didn?t seem to remember any details of my case. During one call, a representative confused me with another client, which made me question their process entirely. Also, the legal advice I received contradicted what I had been told earlier, which made it hard to trust them. It felt more like they were reading from a script than actually trying to help. Legal issues are already stressful enough without having to worry about your own legal team messing things up. This wasn?t a good experience at all.
