Excellent Guidance

When a mistake happened, no one owned up to it. Everyone passed the blame around. That?s not how you handle a legal case professionally.

They didn?t even submit one of the documents on time, and I wasn?t told until I asked for an update. That delay ended up setting my case back several weeks. They kept blaming the system or other factors, but I felt like they weren?t being honest. Also, I got charged extra for something I never agreed to. When I brought it up, they were dismissive and rude. I had to go back and forth for weeks to even get partial clarity. Complete lack of professionalism. If you care about communication, attention to detail, or respect for your time, look elsewhere.
