I am extremely dissatisfied with CDS Home Services. The job was not finished, and I had to arrange another visit. Even then, the generator continued to have problems, and the turnaround time was long. Customer service was also uncooperative, and I am disappointed by their service.

Could Have Been Better

Worst Service
CDS Home Services was an incredibly negative experience. The service personnel were arrogant and the installation took forever. The installation itself was a nightmare as well. The technicians worked excessively long, completely disrupting my lifestyle. Post installation, the generator malfunctioned and they failed to address my grievances. Bad Experience and Poor Quality
I would not recommend CDS Home Services for generator installation. Everything about the experience was subpar. The installation took double the time, and the team made a mess in my yard. The generator did not work correctly, and I found it difficult to get them to correct it. The communication was awful, and I felt as if I was being ignored. Extremely displeased and would not do business with their company again.
