Discovering Hidden Gems

Pleasant Discovery
CCWines turned out to be a pleasant discovery during my trip. The selection of wines was impressive, and I liked that they highlighted smaller, lesser-known producers. The tasting staff was patient and helpful, making sure I found something I enjoyed. It wasn?t flashy, but it was very enjoyable.

Relaxed Atmosphere

Crowded and Rushed
The space was too small for the number of people inside, making it crowded and uncomfortable. The tasting felt rushed, like they were trying to move us along quickly. The wines were decent, but the poor atmosphere made it hard to enjoy. Not a great experience.

Weak Communication
I considered joining their club and had several questions, but when I emailed and called, it took over a week to get a response. When I finally did hear back, the answers were short and didn?t fully address my concerns. It gave the impression that customer care wasn?t a high priority. While I appreciate that CCWines is centrally located, the space itself left a lot to be desired.
