High Interest Rates
Service was rather fast and efficient, though high-interest rates really caught me off guard. Of course, I know short-term loans are expensive, but I expected to pay more than I actually had to. However, in fact, despite clearly explained conditions, the actual financial burden was unbearable. Not a service I would recommend if you have other options, but it's absolutely horrible when you don't.

I was misled on some of the charges associated with this loan. The website said 'no hidden fees,' and when I went into my account, there were a bunch of fees popping up that were not explained anywhere. Customer service was very friendly but not particularly helpful in clearing up all of the misunderstandings about all of these extra charges. Wish I had looked elsewhere for a different choice.

While they certainly tout them, the actual price of the loan, when I repaid it, was overwhelming. The process was easy, but it's hard to recommend unless you have nowhere else to go. I drove around and chose Cash Factory USA for their quick turn time, but interest really surprised me. Though they have plenty of them, the true loan cost, which is what I paid at that time, was terrifyingly scary. The process is smooth, but hard to recommend unless you have no one else to go to. Also, their leniency to repay is pretty rare. Life gets in the way a little sometimes, but there is very little movement. Their customer service is fine, but they did not have any say in any option to help me when it came to repayment. It works well in an emergency, but for what cost.
