Outstanding Service!
Outstanding service! Everything was handled pretty quickly. Right from the initial query to loan approval, all steps were smooth. Staff members are very helpful, and they take time out to explain everything in detail so that you understand it all. I felt very supported through the process. Such a level of service is seldom seen, and I do appreciate the commitment of Cash1Loans. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for a hassle-free and reliable loan service.

Disappointed with Service
Disappointed with the service. While filing my application, several errors occurred and it was too lengthy a procedure to obtain the approval. The customer service representatives could not even clarify all of my queries when needed the most. I have got disappointed by their assurance regarding the easy process while finding myself disappointed.

Top-notch Experience
Top-notch experience with Cash1Loans. Their customer support was excellent, and I felt valued throughout my application. It was very easy, really, since they gave clear, straightforward instructions on how I was supposed to get the documentary. I also appreciated them taking so little time from when I submitted my applications before reaching back to me concerning their decisions. It has been refreshing to deal with a lender who actually cares for their clients. Thus, I will not think twice before recommending their service to friends and family interested in getting a reliable option in loans.

Poor Customer Support
Lack of proper customer support: In the process, I encountered many questions for which I could not find anyone to guide me. It was a frustrating experience, and sometimes I felt that I was in the dark for a very long time. An application of such importance would require proper communication and support, which I did not receive in this case. Thus, my experience was below par.

Mid-Range Interest Rates
Average interest rates for the loan products. Not the cheapest, but reasonable for the service. Application process was easy, although it could have been a bit faster. Support was responsive when I needed to clarify some of the terms. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, and I would consider them again if needed.

Positive traits: helpful and friendly
Good friendly service. People at Cash1Loans were willing to accommodate my needs as well and made the whole loan process easy to process. It was wonderful feeling valued for being a customer. Everything was really easy, so there wasn't much in the way of delays at all. There were slight issues, but otherwise, very positive experience overall. I was updated, and this made it even easier not to be worrying about how things are being processed. I will continue to spread the word recommending their lending services.

Not responsive
Not what I expected from a loan service. The communication was not up to the mark and, most of the times, even leaves you in the dark while processing your application. I thought it was supposed to be smoother than the way it finally turned out to be. Too many obstacles were before me, making it a bit frustrating too. I even had to wait for days sometimes to hear back regarding my queries raised. And that made some doubts within my mind to consider their credibility. The loan I got finally was a good deal, but all the anxiety and insecurity experienced throughout the process were not worth it. Based on promises of fast and convenient service, I had a lot of hope; however, my experience was far from that. I would tell people to look for other services that may offer better assistance and communication.

Quick Response
The team gave prompt responses for queries, but quite professional and courteous. That makes the process smoother. I'm a bit frustrated that the time to get approved takes much longer than expected, but they make an effort to keep me posted. I think the processing speed can be improved. On balance, it was fine.

Easy Process
Very smooth from start to finish. Enjoyed how easy everything was to understand, especially because it was my first time applying for loans. Outstanding Service!
It was outstanding service! All was so fast. The time from when I called until the loan was approved everything was smooth sailing. Extremely helpful staff who would always make sure I had something explained so nothing was vague and they supported me right from the start. Friendly Staff
Friendly staff made the process less frightening. I was grateful that they were helpful in all aspects of my application process. The only frustration for me is that I could not receive my funds right on time, which was bad. They were very responsive when I had questions, though I wished they would have been a little proactive in terms of letting me know when exactly I should expect the whole process to be completed. The terms were ordinary, but I wanted what I was getting. It was pretty straightforward to navigate, so I do appreciate that. More than Satisfied Overall
They seemed so professional and efficient about it all. They helped guide me through the whole process step by step to where I knew what each part required of me every time. Good communication all the way, very informative and supportive step-by-step. The available contact at Cash1Loans was always helpful at making me feel my points of concern were being taken to ensure that my application status information would be timely available in reaching a decision. Long wait times for approval
Long wait times for approval. It took much longer than I expected, so I sought other financing options. I was left in the dark with no timelines or any update on the status of my application. This has made me think twice before applying for any loan using Cash1Loans again. Sometimes, procedures take their own time, but at least I expect some follow-up on my application's status. Staff were friendly when I got in touch with them, but the wait was too long and updates were not done. Overall, I don't feel that I was content with my experience.

Decent interest rates for the loans I was offered. I'm surprised by how competitive I found their terms to other lenders. The application itself is easy, and I can do it today. I like clear terms on the loan, so that also made it pretty easy to make choices about which ones to take.
