Miscommunication Caused Frustration
I requested a specific carpet, and when I received it, it was a bit lighter in color from what I had originally chosen. The salesperson assured me that it was the same, but I could see by looking at the carpet. It took several phone calls and a lot of back-and-forth to finally get the issue sort of solved. While the final result is acceptable, the frustration and irritation were not worth it. More attention to detail has to be the rule.
