Platform Needs Improvements

The trading platform often lags during high volume, which has cost me good entries a few times. I contacted support and they said it was due to market conditions, but other platforms I use didn?t have these issues at the same time. Also, navigating between charts and order entries feels clunky. I expected better considering the reputation. The tools are decent when they work, but the tech needs a serious update.
