Best place to find old-school candy
I've been looking for some of the older candies that I grew up with, and Candy Warehouse carries a good deal of them. Everything from licorice to my favorite chocolate bars - they have it. Their website is easy to order from, and the delivery is quick. Will definitely order again!

Disappointing delivery experience
I was very excited to place the order with Candy Warehouse, as they had many of the candies I needed for a themed party. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very disappointing delivery experience. Firstly, my order was late, which put me through a lot of stress since the event was right at my doorstep. A couple of items were missing, and some candies were damaged in their packaging. When I called customer service, they were courteous yet unhelpful, and it took a while to get the issue resolved. They eventually issued a partial refund, but it didn't compensate for the inconvenience and the last-minute scramble to find replacements. Given their reputation, I expected much better, and that experience frustrated me. I would be very hesitant to use their services again unless they shape up in regard to shipping and handling.

Quality of candy
I had placed an order with Candy Warehouse for a big event. It arrived on time, but the quality was just bad. Some of the gummies were stale and were all stuck together and could not be served. A few chocolate items had a whitish coating on them, which I assume was due to improper storage. I contacted customer service, but they seemed indifferent and offered a small discount on a future order instead of addressing my concerns. For the price I paid, I expected fresh, high-quality candy, and this was far from it. The selection on their website is great, but if the items don't show up in decent condition, then it defeats the purpose. I wanted to use them for all my candy needs, but this experience has changed my mind. Hopefully, in the future, they will pay more attention to how their products are maintained.

Terrible customer service experience
I have never been as frustrated with an online purchase. I purchased many pounds of candy through Candy Warehouse for a charity function, but it arrived with the wrong items in the package. Instead of the particular candies I had selected, there were different candies-things that I wouldn't use for the function-and it didn't say this was what I was going to be getting. I immediately phoned customer service, which has been a nightmare trying to resolve. After several back-and-forth emails and long hold times on the phone, they would neither send the right items nor give a refund, blaming this on a "warehouse mix-up." It was unbelievable that no one took responsibility and wanted to make it right. I had to purchase replacement candy elsewhere, and that cost me extra time and money. While their website looks professional, poor error handling and unhelpful customer support ruined my experience. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Shipping delays were frustrating
I ordered over a week ago from Candy Warehouse, and it still hasn't arrived. Their website said 3-5 days for shipping, and it has been more than double that. I called customer service, and they weren't much help. I am really disappointed and not sure I will order again if the delivery time is this unreliable.

Not fresh as expected
I've ordered different candies with Candy Warehouse, but the quality was rather disappointing with some of their products. Some chocolates came melted, and some gummies tasted stale. Well, for this price, I really expected to get more fresh stuff. Well, disappointed, and doubt to repeat it.

Missing items and poor customer support

Good candy, but not worth the hassle
Candy Warehouse has a great variety of candy, but it has been a bumpy ride. My order was late by several days, and then the box came in broken. Fortunately, nothing was broken inside, but it was very upsetting to have it sent this way. The candy itself was great, but I might try a different site next time.

Disappointing packaging
I love the variety that Candy Warehouse is offering, though the packing was a nightmare. Most of the packets were not sealed properly so they made quite a mess upon transit. A few sweets were crushed, and several had broken wrapping. It's so frustrating because this candy would be great in and of itself, it's just the packaging department needs a lot to be desired, really.

Always reliable and great value
