Bad Experience All Around
It was late, and when it arrived, the seafood wasn't fresh. The crab legs were dry, while the shrimp tasted weird. I tried to call customer service, but nobody ever got back to me. This was a frustrating experience, and I won't be ordering from Camerons Seafood again.

Overpriced for What You Get
Camerons Seafood offers a mid-grade product, yet they charge high, top-of-the-line pricing. The shrimp tasted as any other average product and the lobster tails were undersized and flavorless. The amount I paid on this order was more than would be paid for this kind of quality if I went to a store. Not worth the money.

Mediocre Seafood Experience

A True Taste of the Ocean
Camerons Seafood is definitely the best seafood company I have ever had to deal with. From the opening of the package, I knew this was going to be different from other seafood delivery services. The lobster tails were perfectly tender, and a flavor of them so rich and sweet. The shrimp was plump, juicy, and full of flavor. The crab cakes were full of fresh crab meat and were seasoned just right, not too much or too little. I loved how everything was packaged with care and kept cold through shipping so the seafood could arrive as fresh as possible. It arrived on time, and the seafood was ready to cook upon arrival. Good Quality, But Delivery Issues
Excited to try Cameron Seafood, and for the quality of their lobster tails and shrimp, it was really impressive. The lobster indeed turned out succulent; there was nice sweet flavor in the shrimp. On the other side, the delivery experience is somewhat lagging. The parcel came one day late, which raised many questions about freshness. Fortunately, everything was okay, but it troubled me because nobody informed me about the delay. Seafood was good in quality, but definitely, something was lacking in the delivery.

Excellent Seafood, But Pricey
Cameron's Seafood had great quality, and my lobster tails were sweet and tender, while the shrimp was plump, with crab cakes full of flavor from the rich taste of the crab. All were well-packed, and everything arrived fresh. But I find them a little too pricey compared to other seafood delivery services. While I understand that quality comes at a price, it would be nice if Camerons could offer more competitive pricing or the occasional special offer. Great Seafood, Packaging Could Improve
The seafood ordered with Camerons tasted fresh, especially the shrimp and lobster tails. A problem existed with the packaging: the packaging kept the products cold, but the items were not secured well inside, and some of the crab cakes were a little squashed. While the seafood itself was great, I really expected more care with packaging. I can give them a second chance, but let them take this feedback constructively to better the whole delivery experience.

Delicious, But Shipping Took Too Long
Cameron's Seafood had an excellent variety of seafood, and it was first-class. The shrimp were large, succulent, and sweet; the lobster tails were flavorful and tender, full of flavor and tenderness; and the crab cakes were full of fresh crab meat. However, it took so much longer than I thought it would to arrive. While the seafood was cold upon arrival, I was concerned it took several days longer than it was supposed to take in shipping. That was despite this fact: the quality of the product was well worth the waiting. Hopefully, they will work on their shipping time in the future.

Great Flavor, But Delivery Challenges

Disappointed with Freshness
I was really excited about receiving my order from Camerons Seafood, but unfortunately, the freshness of the seafood didn?t meet my expectations. A few items, including the scallops and shrimp, had a strange odor and didn?t taste as fresh as advertised. I?ve ordered from other seafood suppliers before, and this just didn?t compare. Late Delivery Ruined Dinner
I had ordered for a special family event, and my delivery was two days late. The seafood arrived in terrible condition, and most of them were no longer fresh enough to be served. I was expecting a nice experience, but instead, I had to make last-minute changes in our dinner plans. I called their customer service, and it was really slow. That is what makes it very disappointing when you rely on a company for a special occasion and it doesn't get there on time. Of course, this does not replace a ruined event.

Overpriced for Quality Delivered
After being told some good things about Camerons Seafood, I had high expectations. After ordering and getting my seafood, my expectations were pretty low after seeing the quality of it. The shrimp were just ok-nothing special at all. The fish tasted very bland, and the crab legs were much smaller than I had expected them to be. At such a premium price, it deserved to be a lot better in quality. Shipping and packaging were good, but did not justify the price in regard to its taste. Maybe I'll consider other alternatives next time.

Poor Packaging
I found with Camerons Seafood that the packaging was not right; some seafood items had arrived thawed, some with questionable texture. The delivery time, while decent, really disappointed me in the way seafood was packed: no insulation at all and cold packs insufficient to hold everything chilled. It was just like I got a product that nobody cared about. The taste of the seafood wasn't fresh at all. Probably, they should invest more in better packaging to preserve their products.

Customer Service Unresponsive
It was the poorest customer service I have ever received. I had an issue with my order, and despite all attempts to contact them, I never heard from them. I sent emails, called in, and left messages, but no one returned my inquiries. It frustrated me and completely ignored me as a customer. To this day, I have to question if Camerons Seafood values its customers. I am extremely disappointed and am very doubtful of giving them more business in the future. Whatever one needs, including problems arising, should not be depended on with this company for a resolution.

Small Portions
The amount of seafood portions was, for sure, a complete surprise-more so on being minimal-actually for what it was worth. I ordered different items, such as lobster tails and crab legs, which for sure were nowhere near the size and number I was expecting. The lobster tails were small and disappointing, the crab legs were skinny with hardly any meat inside. I have ordered seafood from other restaurants, and their portions were so much better. I felt ripped off and didn't feel full after dinner.

Wrong Order Delivered
My order was totally wrong. I had ordered different types of seafood, but when it came, the box included some of the items I chose, and even those were mostly wrong. Immediately, I tried to call their customer service number, but after that, this process to resolve my problem was really slow. It took days for me to get the right order back, and even then some of the items were missing. Well, it is annoying if one is ordering something and fails to get what was ordered. Yes, this turned out to be the major disappointment and will make no more such orders.

Inconsistent Quality
Previously ordered from Camerons Seafood; though my experience was fine, this time quality varied with some of their seafood products, whereas most of the others were like thumbs-down-most of the shrimp were ideal-plump, fresh. However, the crab legs were not that great; they had a lot of shells and very little meat. The fish wasn't fresh either; it had a slight off taste. It is hard to recommend a company whose products are sometimes this and sometimes that. I had hoped for consistency, but this was disappointing.

Not Worth the Price
I have ordered from Camerons Seafood a couple of times now, and I gotta say, while the seafood is decent, it's not worth the high prices they charge. The shrimp were fine but nothing special, the crab cakes just average, and the fish fillets somewhat bland. Packaging Leaked During Transit
My seafood arrived with leaking packaging, which was less than ideal. I opened the box to find a watery mess, and some of the seafood didn?t feel fresh because of the poor handling. Overcooked Crabs Delivered
I had been looking forward to the crab legs I ordered, but when they finally arrived, they were overcooked and dry. When I tried to heat them up, they were almost inedible. Lack of Clear Instructions

Canceled Order Without Notice
My order was canceled without explanation or notice. I had ordered it well in advance for an event, and I was shocked to see that it was canceled last-minute. I never received any communication from the company, and when I tried to reach out, there was no response. It is very unprofessional not to give any notice or explanation for cancellation of the order in question. That type of service is totally unacceptable, and I am so disappointed. Expensive Shipping Costs
I was so surprised by shipping fees that were associated with my order. It totaled a lot, making the total feel very unreasonable. The seafood in itself was fine, but I don't think the quality justified the shipping charges. Since other companies offer free or at least lower shipping, it seems like Camerons Seafood should reevaluate their shipping prices. I would have been more apt to reorder if the total cost wasn't so inflated by the shipping fees.

The seafood was good but not great. The shrimp were just okay, and the lobster tails were good, but I have had better from other seafood houses. For this price, it should be a whole lot more impressive in flavor and quality. Service and packaging were great, but as far as food, I was expecting to be great. Missing Items in Delivery
Some of the items were missing in the delivery-a couple of them I never received-and it was disappointing. I got everything except a couple of items; after contacting customer service, it took several days before the missing items were sent. This was frustrating; it took away from the experience. Spending the price I did on this meal, I not only expected the whole meal order to be delivered right, but there should have been no frustrations with regard to delays trying to get my stuff.

Overpromised, Underdelivered
Camerons Seafood promised a very high-end experience, yet they failed to deliver such. The seafood was not fresh upon arrival, and the portions were much smaller than those shown in the ad. I contacted their customer service about this, and they failed to respond, which to me means my concern is being disregarded. They are supposed to be a high-end seafood supplier; that wasn't the case with my purchase. It wasn't fresh, and the quality just wasn't there. It really disappointed me, and I won't go back because I feel they promise more than what is given.

Needs Better Quality Control
I have ordered with Camerons Seafood several times, and some items were fine, but some had lackluster quality. The lobster tails were great, but the shrimp tasted a little funny, and the fish fillets had a weird texture. It's almost as if there is a lack of consistency in the products they provide. I think they should pay more attention to quality control so that every order maintains the same high caliber. It is hard to refer any company if the experience with them is hit and miss.

Fish Wasn?t Fresh
Unfortunately, the fish I got were not fresh at all. I had ordered a couple of varieties, and when they arrived, all had this kind of sour smell. I have ordered seafood online before from other places, and it was so much fresher than what I got from Camerons Seafood. I get that seafood can be difficult to ship, but if it comes and it smells bad, then there is a big problem. I had to throw it away, a waste of money. Hopefully, they will continue working on the quality of their products.

Terrible Experience
My Camerons Seafood experience was just bad from the start: it took ages to arrive, and it arrived in horrible condition. Some items were completely defrosted, and some tasted weird. I tried calling customer service, which was really slow and useless. They didn't give me any resolution or compensation on the bad service. Poor Value for Money
I had big expectations from reading the reviews for Camerons Seafood, only to be let down by value upon arrival. It showed up fine, but was just overpriced. Disappointed but Not Terrible
It was not the worst experience from Cameron's Seafood, neither was it great. Generally, seafood was okay; nothing wowed me. The lobster tails were nice but nothing extra ordinary concerning the shrimps and crab legs. I've had great seafood at much lesser prices, and this wasn't worth the money at all, considering how hyped it was. Wasn't bad, just underwhelming. Probably next time I will go with other options.

Lack of Accountability
I had an issue with my order, and when I finally called Camerons Seafood, there was no follow-up. Their customer service just totally ignored me. After numerous calls, I did get an email, but it wasn't very helpful, and my issue wasn't resolved. Missing Order Items
I placed a relatively big order, and some items were missing upon arrival. I called customer service, and all they could say was that it would take time for them to resolve the issue; no immediate resolution was proposed. After a few days, I did get the missing items, but it was frustrating. It is all about time when one orders seafood, and delays or omissions are just not acceptable. Bad Experience, Poor Communication
I ordered seafood for a family event. There was much wrong with my order: a few of the sea foods arrived thawed while some were not even in the package. However, the most frustrating issue was trying to get someone from customer service to talk to me. I had to follow up several times for any kind of response. When I finally got one, the resolution came out slow and unsatisfactory. The seafood was okay, but it was definitely ruined by poor communications and complete lack of urgency in finding a resolution.

Slow Shipping, Poor Service
