Life happens. Was making great progress in the challenge when I had to take a short break for family reasons. Logged back in and realized I missed the final trade day. Asked for a short extension?just 48 hours?and was told that extensions aren?t possible under any circumstance. That felt cold and inflexible. Especially since I?d already paid for the challenge and was close to hitting the profit target. Understand rules are rules, but some leniency would go a long way. Even a one-time reset or partial extension option could make the whole experience feel more supportive. Instead, I had to start over, which meant another fee. The challenge itself is fine, but customer policies like this can really push people away.

But when you read the fine print, there are lots of little restrictions that make it harder than expected. You can?t hold trades overnight, specific lot sizing rules kick in based on volume, and holidays impact trade windows. None of this was mentioned clearly upfront. I?m okay with rules, but they should be transparent and easy to find. After failing the challenge, I realized I had broken a rule I didn?t even know existed. Reached out and support just pointed me back to the rulebook. Felt like a bait-and-switch. Not a scam, but definitely not as beginner-friendly as they promote themselves to be. Transparency is key when money?s involved. They need to overhaul the clarity in their challenge presentation.

Confusing Communication Channels
The website says to reach out via email, but their Discord also has active admins. Problem is, when I asked a question in Discord, I got a different answer than I did via email. The lack of consistent communication really threw me off. Who am I supposed to trust?email support or Discord mods? Ended up getting two different responses about how long payouts take. This kind of disorganized communication makes it hard to trust the information you?re getting. In high-frequency trades, that?s the difference between profit and loss. I reached out about it, and their team told me it was a "server load issue" and would be addressed soon. But nothing improved over the next week. I even recorded some of the trades as proof and sent them over, but got no real solution?just the same generic message. When you're competing in a time-sensitive challenge, stable and quick execution is key. Other prop firms seem to have this handled better. The delays cost me a few trades and ultimately the challenge. Not saying the platform is bad overall, but this issue was enough for me to look elsewhere.

Challenge Parameters Changed Mid-Way
Initially loved the clean interface and straightforward layout of the site. Got about 60% through the challenge when I noticed they?d updated the dashboard with different margin limits. Checked the rules and realized something had changed with lot sizing requirements too. Sent a message and they said it was a ?platform-wide update? but I didn?t see that anywhere in my email or on the homepage. It?s frustrating to commit to a structure and then find the goalposts moved mid-challenge. I was still able to adjust and finish, but the experience left a sour taste. If there are going to be major rule changes, users should get a heads-up and maybe a reset on progress. Otherwise it feels unfair. This platform could be great, but the trust breaks down when things shift midstream. I?ll probably look elsewhere next time unless they get more consistent.

Things started off okay. Signed up, passed phase one easily. I was halfway through the second phase when suddenly I was logged out. Thought it was a bug, but after logging back in, my account showed ?inactive.? No email. No notice. I reached out and was told I violated a rule regarding lot sizing, but I had been following the guidelines exactly as described in their rulebook. No screen recording or real explanation provided. They just shut it down. No warnings, no second chances. As someone who?s careful with details, this felt incredibly unfair. I?ve worked with other prop firms before, and usually you at least get a warning if something?s off. This came out of nowhere. I asked to see a log or evidence but was told it was internal data. Wouldn?t recommend unless they fix how they handle account management.
