BT-Miners made my first mining hardware purchase a good one. I bought a Goldshell KD LITE, and everything arrived as described. It took 7 days from payment to doorstep. The machine was sealed and looked brand new. It fired up without any issues and synced with my pool right away. Only reason I?m not giving 5 stars is the lack of a printed guide or any physical documentation in the box. I had to go back to their site to figure out how to access the miner?s interface. Still, it wasn?t too hard once I found it. Their online chat helped when I got stuck, though they took a few hours to respond. All things considered, I?m very satisfied and will be placing another order soon. The price, delivery, and product were all on point. With a little more user onboarding, they?d be perfect.

Confusing Return Policy
Bought a unit that was faulty on arrival. It powered on but wouldn?t hash at all. When I contacted BT-Miners, I was told to troubleshoot on my own first and send video proof. After doing all that, they agreed to a return?but I had to pay shipping and a restocking fee. That just felt wrong, considering the issue was on their end. They were polite, sure, but the whole return process was confusing and slow. It?s not ideal when you?re already frustrated with faulty hardware.

Unreliable Shipping Estimates
Placed an order with the promise of "3?5 day delivery." It ended up taking 12 days. I understand shipping delays happen, but what bothered me was the silence. No one responded until I started leaving comments on their Trustpilot page. Only then did they email me a vague response about warehouse issues. I finally received the product and it worked, but I didn?t feel valued as a customer. Communication really needs to improve if they want return buyers.

I purchased a Whatsminer M50S from BT-Miners after comparing prices on several other sites. Their pricing was competitive, and the reviews looked mostly solid. Checkout was smooth and payment was confirmed quickly. I got a tracking number two days later, but it didn?t update for another four days. That part made me a little nervous. When the unit did arrive, though, I was relieved?it was in perfect condition. Well-padded, clean, and fully operational. The miner has been performing consistently since setup. I wish their communication was a bit more proactive during the shipping phase, but everything worked out in the end. I didn?t need to contact support this time, but it would?ve been nice if they checked in after delivery. Still, I?d say BT-Miners is a trustworthy vendor. I?ll probably order from them again once I upgrade my rig.

Not Great for First Timers
This was my first time buying a miner and I left the process pretty frustrated. The website didn?t explain some of the spec differences clearly, and support didn?t offer much help. After ordering, I got no updates for almost a week. Had to email them three times just to confirm my payment went through. When the miner arrived, there were no clear instructions or setup help. I got it working, but it shouldn?t have been this hard. They don?t seem to cater to beginners or care to make it easier.

Great Experience with Minor Issues
I ordered an Antminer S19 Pro and was generally satisfied with the overall process. The checkout system was smooth and I received tracking info two days after payment. It took about 8 days for the unit to arrive, which was a little longer than expected, but the product was in great condition when it showed up. I liked that BT-Miners packaged it securely, with plenty of padding. There were no scratches or damage on the miner itself. I did run into a minor hiccup trying to access the setup guide?the link provided in the confirmation email didn?t work. I had to email support and wait a day for them to send a new link. Miscommunication on Inventory
