Product Issue

I wrote to customer service, and although they were courteous, the solution provided was not acceptable. I expected a replacement or refund, given the inconvenience this has brought. The quality control does not appear to be there, and I don't want to order from them again. This experience has made me wonder about their dedication to accuracy and customer satisfaction. The packaging was even slightly damaged upon arrival, though the product itself did not seem to be impacted. Nevertheless, for the cost, I should expect more.

Poor Customer Service
My customer service experience with Bro Laboratories was extremely frustrating. I attempted to call them several times over a billing issue, but had no response for days. When I was able to get through, the agent was uncooperative and aloof. They did not listen to my issue and provided no actual solution. This communication and support failure is unacceptable, particularly when handling delicate lab materials and financial matters. I am highly dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend them for this experience. They seemed to be deliberately evading my calls.

I had ordered from Bro Laboratories a few weeks back, and it hasn't arrived yet. The date they had promised to deliver by has passed, and I haven't received any communication or reason for the delay. Product Inconsistency
The quality of Bro Laboratories' products appears to be variable. I ordered the same chemical in duplicate, and the second lot was distinctly different in color and texture. Such a difference may have a very big impact on my research outcome, which is a serious worry.
